Third person Point of View:

"On the Seventy-fifth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that even the strongest and the most of them can not overcome the Capitol the male and female tributes will be reaped from the existing pool of victors." President Snow booms, even over the TV his voice causes Will to quake with fear.

"But that's not all!" He chuckles, flipping the card.

"As a reminder that even with the numbers, the rebels could not overcome the capitol, there will be three tributes reaped from each district. Districts One to Six will provide two males and one female. Districts seven to Twelve will provide two females and one male."

A wave of sorrow and silence washed over Twelve in that exact moment. There wasn't a sound in the air, well, there was one...

Will, sprinting out of his old home in the Seam, slamming open the door so hard one of the hinges broke off. Braving the damp cold of a March night, he sprinted all the way to Victor's Village. Despite the curfew, heavily enforced by each Peacekeeper. He sprinted past them in such a huff that some people who saw him swore the ground was burning once he passed.

Instead of barging into the second house on the street, he kicked down the door of the first house. Home to none other than the town drunk. Becca's mentor.

"You." He hisses, walking in to see Haymitch slumped in a chair, staring at the TV.

"What, boy?" The mentor hisses, turning around.

"We all know what's gonna happen." Will says, walking forward. "You keep her fucking alive." Will hisses.

"Damn it, kid! I know! You think I want her to die?!" Haymitch bellows.

"You promise." He sneers, "you keep her alive."

"I will."

"Keep her fucking alive."

That was all Will had said before storming out of the house and running to hold the canary in his arms.

The hovercraft had so far wheeled out a dazed and out of it Finnick, who had tear tracks down his cheeks, a sobbing and screaming Katniss and a passed out Beetee. Now, he waited for his girl. His Becca. Where is she?

Just then, some fat Capitol fuck walked out with Haymitch, and the door to the hovercraft shut. Will stands there, stunned, and his mouth slightly gaped open. The first thing he feels is fear, but that quickly is replaced by complete rage and hatred.

The boy surges forward, eyes filled with the same fire that burnt down his home.

The fire that was the same color as his lover's hair.

"You." The boy hisses, delivering a swift punch to Haymitch's already clawed face. "You are a liar! She trusted you!" He screamed, but there were already doctors coming to sedate him. "She trusted you! Where is she?! Where the fuck is she?!" He screams, the sedative seemingly overpowered by his pure hatred.

"Where is she?!" He roars, his voice cracking with despair.

"Boy–"

"I trusted you! You promised!" Will screamed, his voice rasping as he strains his vocal cords that Becca loved so much. "You liar! Liar!" He screeched even though the sedative had started to take its effect. "You better hide, Haymitch. I'm gonna kill you like you killed her." He croaks just as his world starts to black out. His body relaxed and fell limp, and the doctors hooked their arms under his and dragged him off.

It's not fair! Will screams in his head, and it wasn't. Since getting to District 13, he's been credited with aiding in the exodus of Twelve. Along with Gale, the two of them managed to get about 800 of them into the meadow and to the lake. The lake he and Becca used to frequent on secret dates.

Haymitch just stood there, he wasn't afraid of the boy's mindless threats. No, but he was afraid of what was happening to Becca in the Capitol. Getting tortured for information she doesn't know. Same with Peeta. Johanna's different, she knew a lot of what was going to happen. Maybe if she just spills her guts, it'll be better for all of them? Right?

A little while later, Haymitch was escorted to a room, his compartment. But apparently District Thirteen's many higher-ups deemed him unfit for the public. So, they have him locked in his room until further notice.

Or until he sobers up.
