Holy moly! I can't believe that we're actually here, because this is just wild to me. This is actually the first fanfiction I have ever finished, and I have to say, I feel so proud of myself.
I would like to thank all of you for sticking with this story! I know it was long, spanning over 70 chapters, all ranging from 1000-6000 words per chapter. I know sometimes It may have gotten boring, but I am so thankful for all of you for staying.
I would also like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for commenting, voting, and reading in general. I have said this before, but your comments and votes really kept me going. In the beginning, no one was commenting, and it really made me lose motivation because I thought no one was enjoying it, but then you all started to comment, and the story never felt more loved! I knew I had people eagerly waiting for more, and that fueled me. your comments mattered so much to me, and that's why i tried to respond to each of them.
Thank you so, so much for reading, and expect more stories from me. inspiration has already stricken (so be ready for another story) i was also planning to write a modern au for this story, but i'm not sure how i'd do it, so if anyone has any ideas, please write them in the comments!
so, now that we've reached the end, i wanted to ask you all some questions! please respond in the comments!!!

Please let me know! anyways, here are some of the ideas I had that were scrapped:
1.) Will was supposed to die in one version.
2.) Becca was supposed to die in the end.
3.) In the very first draft of this story, Will did not exist, and Piker was actually the love interest. in this case, Picker would've been her age, but when she got reaped, Picker's brother got reaped. Becca came home, met picker, and they fell in love blah blah blah, i like Will better!
4.) Originally, Picker was not supposed to betray Becca at all, and Chip and Trixie didn't exist. It was supposed to be Picker and Becca do the big brother-little sister routine until the end where he eventually died to a mutt attack!
5.) She was supposed to sing the songs "Vampire" by Olivia Rodrigo, and "All You Wanna Do" from Six.
There are so many more scrapped ideas but I forget them all. Finally, since I know I'm boring you all, here are some fun facts about me!!
1.) i'm fifteen years old, and a sophomore in highschool.
2.) I'm on varsity tennis.
3.) Regina is not my actual name! Regina is my confirmation name, so i'm using it as my pseudonym!
4.) I take two AP classes and three honors classes
5.) my dream has always been to be on stage, since I was little I've wanted to be on broadway.
6.) I also want to be a nurse!
7.) I have a massive family, and they all live down the road so the family parties are epic.
8.) I have a big backyard with a pool, so we play hunger games with all my 19 cousins all the time. unfortunately we got it banned when there was almost a trip to urgent care.
9.) i'm from pennsylvania, home of the hershey bar, philly pretzels, and of course, THE EAGLES! GO BIRDS!
10.) i love the beach (the jersey shore)
11.) I've been dancing since I was little.
12.) My favorite music artists are Hozier, Noah Kahan, Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, The Lumineers, The Crane Wives, The Oh Hellos, and Zach Bryan
13.) i'm a massive theater kid! (can you tell?)
