OK, so, we gotta hit up a mall. Not just any mall, but the West Edmonton Mall, in Western Edmonton, Alberta; this feels like some obscure mission we were given, but we were told to steal this one artifact; what was it? His money from the bank he never got to get. Apparently he quit his job, because they "exploited him, and pushed his efforts down the drain" and wants revenge on the owner for doing that, and not giving him the money. He also stated to assassinate the dude, so the mall has to close down. Is the owner even alive? Yes, and no. The owner's a replacement owner for the actual owner who died of old age. A long time ago. But this owner had bad intents, especially for this one dude. The guy who gave us the contract.
We geared up, and got ready for what's to come. So we got a flight, and headed to Canada. As we were on the flight, some dude with heavy armour, and all black clothes stood up, we could tell he was strapped with weapons. I had my H&K USP with me, so I was ready for anything; that's when he pulled out a BOMB, A DAMN BOMB. He threatened everyone with detonating it, and the other bombs that he had if we didn't listen to his commands. I stood up and confronted this dude. I'm the more positive one so I should be able to talk him out of this, right? Well NO. He punched me and pulled out a detonator; I shot his hand and pointed the gun at him.
"Hands up, down on the ground!" I yelled at him, before he charged at me. I shot him mercilessly, mag dumped him fr fr. Everyone screamed, but thanks to me having Social Engineering 3, I bluffed too hard for them to know I was lying (I said I was a junior detective)! We continued the flight normally, then landed in Alberta, Canada. A few days later, we got to the mall and we were told this one thing: more than half of the people here are guards, and or strapped wanna-be gangsters. So we shot that place up. Police response was way faster than in America, taking only 4 minutes (realistically) to just deploy SWAT units too. They were calm, reasonable, and weren't as loud, so we kind of had no problems, but a lot. They're nice, but super stealthy, reasonable but I bet they got more accuracy than a military soldier. So we checked every store, even those ones. We found the money, but we were outnumbered by all the units, so we had no smoke with the Canadians, I put down the money and raised my hands. These guys are next level, so nothing we did could stop them, seeing how they went ballistic in war; they obviously came up to us, and told the others to raise their hands too.
"Put your hand's up, then we can talk at the station later." The person told us calmly, but Harlem wanted to impress Jade, and just shot up that innocent guy! I just took the money and ran, and the others followed while Harlem tried fighting them all by himself, and ultimately failed. He got downed so someone had to go save him. I was the one to do it, and had to shoot all those innocent cops! They were really nice, so I actually had some guilt; we ran for a long time and managed to escape from the mall with the money. We all gave each other high fives, and told Jade about our mission completion, she seemed really thrilled about it. So we deposited and transferred the money to the dude, because we were near a bank and had some spare disguises. We got on a flight back to America and awaited our next missions.
