Alexandar's POV

I slightly woke up and noticed a bright light shining in front of me. I squinted from the harsh brightness. I felt a sharp pain on the right side of my neck. I touched it and winced. Damn dart bullet.

My body felt sore, and I had a huge headache. I touched the right side of my head as if it would stop the headache. I tried to search for the last thing I could remember...

[I remember chasing Alice after stealing her book at the library. Well...she took it back. And then I chased her. She was running far ahead of me outside of the library. I sped up in front of her.

I told her I was gonna punish her for pissing me off at the coffee shop. And then...I knocked out cold before I could see what hit me.]

I sat up and slowly took in my surroundings. I was strapped on a hospital bed in a room full of computers, screens, scanners, and medical items. Where the fuck was I?!

My wrists were strapped to the bed and so were my ankles. I started pulling my wrists from the straps.

"Oh, good. You're finally awake. About time."

I searched for the voice and saw Damien standing against a counter in front of me with his hands in the pockets of his pants.

"What are you doing here? What am I doing here?!" I exclaimed.

"Calm down. I will explain it all to you...one at a time." He walked to the left side near a table with his back turned and then turned around facing me.

He had a tube in each hand. His left hand held a tube with a clear liquid, and his right hand held a tube with red liquid.

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. "What the fuck is that?!"

He smirked. "The clear liquid is steroids and the red liquid is..." He chuckled. "...well, you should know. You're a vampire. It's blood. But it's not just any kind of human blood...this blood is...very special."

He turned back to the table to put the blood tube in a test tube rack. He took out a syringe and poured the tube of steroids into the syringe.

"What do you mean...special? Are you gonna mix the steroids and blood together?!..." I gasped and shook my head. "No...you are NOT injecting me with that!" I panicked, breathing hard.

He laughed out loud and smirked. "Smart boy! You're finally using that brain of yours."

"B-but why? Why me? AND WHOSE BLOOD IS THAT??!!" I shouted.

He turned back to the table and poured the blood into the syringe and shook the syringe to mix the liquids. And turned to me and started walking towards me.

He chuckled. "Ooh...wouldn't you like to know." He smiled wide lips-closed and gave the syringe a little shake in his right hand.

"Stop fuckin' stalling, and TELL ME!!" I screamed.

Damien stopped, lifted his head up, and sighed hard, sounding annoyed. And then turned back to me. "You really are impatient."

He got near me, still holding the syringe in his right hand.

"GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME! I AM NOT YOUR LAB RAT!" I shouted, trying to scoot back from him.

He chuckled. "Well...you're about to be."
