Team Swap. Hooray.

Snowball was *just* getting used to his new selection of teammates. They didn't quite live up to his dream of having The Strongest Team on Earth, but they worked... well enough. They won some challenges, they lost some, but as long as he himself didn't end up suffering (ie. getting eliminated), things were perfectly fine.

Now it was a new chapter, a new stage in the competition, and SB had to start all over again. Well... not exactly. Random chance had been rather unfavorable for SB, taking away much of his team, but it didn't rob him of *everyone*; Grassy, the one he saw the most potential in, was still by his side. Not only that, but Eraser, one of his old pals that had been stuck on another team, was also brought to him through sheer luck. That meant that half the team was solidly on his side, willing to do whatever it took to get as far as possible in the battle for The Power of Two.

That still left the other, more problematic half, however. Having been stuck inside a metal box for ages, he didn't really have any clue about who these other folks were. Of course, he wasn't *that* dumb; he roughly knew who they were, *what* they were, what they did for their team, and so on, and so forth. Sometimes they'd quarrel due to circumstances, but that's about it. For all intents and purposes, Book, Ice Cube, and Price Tag were pretty much complete strangers to him. Even after working together in their first contest, with moderate success, he still felt like he didn't know the first thing about them.

So, what to do?

"Hey, bro." Eraser had inexplicably chanced upon Snowball and Grassy, both standing on a hilltop and staring as hard as they could at... nothing in particular. "What're you *doing*?" He'd ask. "It's been *ages* since we last hung out, and *this* is what you're doing now that you've got the chance? What's up?" The assemblage of blades of grass then turned to him. "Grassy is looking for his friends!"

"Hang on, I think he was asking *me*. I think." SB interjected, then focused his eyes on the parallelogram. "Yeah, I'd *love* to do that, actually. We could even get Pen as well, bring the old group back together." Awkward silence followed. "Where even is he?" "Uh, he's on another team." The pink one replied. "Don't you know? Last I checked, he was spending time with..." He'd shudder. "Anyway, if you *do* want to hang out, why *don't* you? Don't tell me-" "I'm looking for the rest of our team. Have you seen *them*, maybe?" "Uh, why?" The manly one asked. "Because they're the newbies!" The mound of snow answered. "Have you seen them? Two of them don't even have arms! They're *weaklings*! But I think I can help with that; with *my* knowledge and expertise, we can turn this little group into the strongest team on Earth! No, the *world*!"

Eraser rolled his eyes. "That sounds a lot like..." He'd trail off, trying to find the word; he didn't exactly have a brain that stored the exact terminology he was looking for. "...Strategy. Since when did *you* care about any of that? Are you telling me that-"

Unfortunately for him, however, Snowball already had other things in mind. Just then, he'd finally see the three he was looking for. Book and Price Tag were chatting to each other about something or other, while Ice Cube was a short distance away, seemingly just staring at them. "There they are!" He'd point in their general direction. "C'mon, let's get going; we're gonna have a team meeting!" Without another word, he'd take the plunge and start rolling down the hill.

The two that talked would be on the receiving end of a rather unfortunate, rather unexpected avalanche; the collection of pages was in the middle of a sentence when a wave of snow would suddenly engulf them both, rendering them stunned for a little while. It was only a little later when they finally emerged from their impromptu burial, as Snowball was in the process of reshaping himself, and the cube of ice had stepped in to figure out what's going on. Eraser and Grassy would also arrive at the scene just as SB got back to business. "What is *up*, new strongest team?" He'd begin on a high note, though it'd quickly be dampened upon seeing everyone's disappointed faces. "Just wanted to congratulate everyone on our *great* win just a little while back; you all did *great*!" Eraser rolled his eyes again. "Somehow, I don't think they found that to be genuine."
