Book was sitting all on her own.

Price Tag, who was perhaps her one and only friend in this miserable little world, would immediately take notice and would approach her with a worried look on their face. "Hey, uh..." They'd sit down. "Why the long face? Thinking about Icy again?" The assemblage of pages sighed. "I try not to." She'd remark. "Every time I do, it only seems to get worse." Yet another sigh would escape her. "And when I *don't*, it also gets worse. Whenever I'm not hanging around with you, I'm forced to recognize the fact that I'm just... alone." Another pause. "Everything I once based my life around is now gone, and there's been nothing and nobody to replace it." She reflected for a moment before glancing at the visual indicator of an item's subjective worth. "I mean, besides you, of course; you've been a *great* help with getting through these tough times, especially after getting thrown into this new team..."

The one with the cover would very quickly realize that her thoughts were meandering about again. Her thoughts very often got that bad that quickly if left unchecked; it's a reflection on how she herself was a collection of information from all sorts of places, with topics being juggled around like it's nothing. "Which reminds me." She'd start it back up. "Besides you, there isn't really *anybody* in this team that I hang out with often. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely *enjoy* your presence. But I'm full of all sorts of tips and tricks, and one of those states that how much you connect with your friends and teammates *just* as much as what you can do on your own. If you don't get along well with everyone, you're not gonna have a good time, even if you end up winning."

Book sighed yet again. "Icy, as you said, is still a no-go. Snowball probably has nothing good in mind- assuming he has anything in there at all -and Grassy is just... Grassy." She'd shrug. "I don't even know where to start with them. I know they're my teammates, they're gonna be the ones I have to rely on for these next few challenges, and yet..."

Price Tag raised an eyebrow. Well, they didn't really have eyebrows; to be more specific, they changed one of the characters printed onto their 'face' to one that *vaguely* resembled a raised eyebrow, if one were to squint. "You don't have some tips and tricks for that?" The collection of information thought about it for a moment. "I probably do." She'd remark. "But it's gonna be somewhere in..." She'd quickly thumb through her pages; it didn't *seem* like there were that many, and yet as she did so, it felt like it took an eternity. "There. And I can't really be bothered to look." "...You don't know what's in your pages?" Taggy asked. "I don't know *everything*." Book replied. "I know *generally* what's in there, all the major topics, all the important stuff, but I can't remember *every* single detail. Especially not now, considering..." She'd sigh once more.

"You know, I always thought that those pages were, like, your brain or something." The representation of worth remarked. "Like, it just didn't make any sense for me that you wouldn't know *everything* that's written on there. Now that I think about it, that brain thing also doesn't really make sense; I mean..." Once again, the conversation was *very* quickly going off-track. "...Well, I wish I could help you out with that." They'd comment. "However, I'm on the same boat; I'm a newbie, so I don't really..."

Ellipsis.

"Hey, here's a thought: why not just talk to people on other teams?" They'd ask. "I read from this one... book, one time: if you know yourself, know your competitor, you don't need to fear... anything, or whatever. Figure out what's going on out there, what the other teams are up to. Maybe you'll even make a new friend along the way! Who knows?" Book nodded. "Yeah, maybe I should do that." She'd remark. "But later, though; I mean, you're already here, and-" "That shouldn't stop you." Taggy replied. "Time is money, after all; don't waste it! Besides, you'll know where to find me. We can hang out at any time!" "Alright, alright." The volume sighed as she got up. "I'll go do that, then. Thanks."
