"Who'd have thought Hakkai was the brother of Black Dragon's Boss?" Smiley said. "I bet you knew, didn't you, Mitsuya?" Muto said. We were at an old house; it hasn't been used for a long time, so we often hold our meetings here. All the captains sat on an armchair while I sat next to Mikey on some old metal table or something. "Black Dragon's going to be a real hassle." Hanma said. "We've got no choice though," Kisaki said. "Looks like all the officers are here." Draken said. "Get in here!" Mikey called, and Takemichi, Hakkai, and Chifuyu entered the room. "As everybody knows. Takemitchy was beaten up by the leader Black Dragon the other day. He did it even though he knew Takemichi was the captain of our first division. Which means this is Black Dragon's declaration of war." Draken told us the situation. "Cocky bastards! Let's stomp their asses." Smiled said. "We've corrected them once, so it wouldn't be a problem to do it again." Muto also said. "We crushed their ninth generation. Their tenth generation is on another level." Mitsuya told us. "You know, I can understand that maybe Takemitchy didn't know that was Black Dragon turf, but why the hell did you take him there? In fact, I've never even seen you two talk before!" Smiley asked Hakkai as he stood up. Muto also walked up to Hakkai. "Hakkai, I think you're a spy for Black Dragon, aren't you?" "He's the brother of the boss after all." Smiley said. "And you hid that too." Muto added.
"Hey, hold on there. Hakkai didn't do it—"Takemichi" tried. "You shut the hell up." Muto told him. Hakkai then sat on the ground in front of Mikey. "I'm not going to make excuses. I'm ready for any punishment. As his brother, I've always been prepared for the consequences. Commander, I, vice president of the second division, Hakkai Shiba, request permission to leave the Tokyo Manji gang as of today." He said, and the room went silent. "Any objection?" Mikey asked, and Takemichi started talking. "Hold on! I object!"
He said, and suddenly he took out some dorayaki and walked over to me, offering them to me. "Y/n-chan, you want some?" I looked at him confused. "What?" I asked confused, and I felt Mikey's gaze darken. "Are you trying to flirt with my Y/N?" He asked and took the Dorayaki and threw them outside. "Quit interrupting." Mikey told him he was annoyed. "You think this is a joke?" Draken said, and Takemichi looked kind of terrified now. "What no, I don't." He said. "What's your decision, Mikey?" Draken asked. "Y/n takes care of stuff like that she should choose." Mikey said, and I felt everyone's gaze on me. "This involves second division, so I think Mitsuya should decide." I said, and Mitsuya stood up and walked over to us. "Taka, I'm sorry. But I've made up my mind." Hakkai said. Don't look so sad, Hakkai. I understand." He answered and went to walk away. Hakkai then bowed to Mitsuya. "Taka-chan, I enjoyed servin under you." He yelled. "What are you talking about? I won't allow it." Mitsuya said, and after the discussion, the meeting was over.
"Good luck, Mitsuya." I said and patted his shoulder. He was about to talk to the boss of Black Dragon about the Hakkai matter now. Mikey and I would just be going home and spending some time together.
