Weekend Lovers
The weekend finally arrived, and both Avery and Sophie had been eagerly counting down the days. Early Saturday morning, Avery drove his sleek sports car to Sophie's luxury apartment. As he pulled up, he couldn't help but feel a little nervous but excited at the same time.
Sophie buzzed him in, and Avery entered her apartment building, making his way up to her floor. When Sophie opened the door, Avery's eyes widened in awe. Her apartment was stunning—modern, elegant, and filled with natural light. The expansive living room boasted floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a breathtaking view of downtown Seoul.
Wow, Sophie... you didn't tell me you lived in such a gorgeous place!" Avery said, clearly impressed.
Sophie smiled, a little amused by his reaction. "It's just home to me, but thank you! Come in, make yourself comfortable."
Avery stepped inside, taking in the spacious living room with its plush furniture and stylish decor. "And that view... it's incredible," he said, walking toward the windows to admire the city skyline.
Sophie walked beside him, pointing toward the glass. "Yeah, I love it. The city looks so different from up here. It's peaceful in a strange way."
They continued their tour around the apartment, and Sophie led Avery toward the bedrooms. "I have two bedrooms," she mentioned casually, opening the doors to show him.
Avery peeked into both rooms, noticing how spacious they were. "These rooms are huge!" he said, sounding a bit envious. Then he turned to Sophie with a playful grin. "So, who's staying in the other bedroom?"
Sophie tilted her head with a teasing smile. "No one right now. But... if you want, you could always stay in the other room."
Avery laughed, catching her playful tone. "Oh, really? Are you serious? Because I might take you up on that offer!"
Sophie chuckled. "I'm totally serious! I mean, if you get tired of driving home or something..."
Avery looked at her, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "I love that, Sophie. Maybe I will!"
The teasing between them made the atmosphere light and fun. As they continued exploring her apartment, Avery couldn't help but feel even closer to Sophie. It wasn't just her gorgeous home or the view—it was her company, her warmth, and the way they effortlessly clicked that made the day feel perfect already.
And as the morning stretched on, they both knew they were in for a great weekend together—filled with laughter, teasing, and a growing bond that neither of them wanted to let go of.
As they walked down to the parking lot, Sophie spotted Avery's sleek sports car and couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. The gleaming vehicle caught the light just right, reflecting the sun off its polished surface. She looked at Avery with admiration.
"Wow, Avery, I love your car!" Sophie exclaimed, running her hand gently over the hood.
Avery smiled, pleased by her reaction. "Thanks, Sophie. I thought you might like it," he said as he opened the door for her.
Sophie slid into the passenger seat, settling into the luxurious leather interior. "So, where are we going today?" she asked, glancing over at him with curiosity as he got in on the driver's side.
Avery turned the key, and the engine purred to life. He glanced at her with a smile, "I found this restaurant that's been getting a lot of buzz lately, especially for couples like us. You're going to love it. I checked the reviews, and it's all five stars."
Sophie's eyes lit up. "That sounds amazing! I'm in. Let's go."
As Avery drove through the city streets, he navigated the car smoothly, with a carefulness that Sophie appreciated. The cityscape blurred past them as they talked, music playing softly in the background. Sophie looked out the window for a moment, feeling the anticipation of a new adventure, then glanced at Avery, whose focus on the road made her feel safe and excited all at once.
