As the Hogwarts Express finally came to a halt at Hogsmeade Station, the familiar buzz of students disembarking filled the crisp evening air. Beatrice and her friends, eager for the new school year, stepped off the train, the sight of Hogwarts Castle shining brightly in the distance lifting their spirits despite the recent unease.

The familiar sight of Hogwarts Castle loomed majestically in the distance, its spires and turrets glowing warmly against the darkening sky. The anticipation of returning to their beloved school brought a renewed sense of excitement to Beatrice, even as the memories of the train ride began to fade.

As Beatrice and her friends made their way toward the carriages, they saw Draco Malfoy and Mattheo Riddle walking with their Slytherin friends and classmates,Pansy Parkinson, Blaise Zabini, Daphne Greengrass, and Theodore Nott. The Slytherins were a distinct group, moving with their usual blend of confidence and aloofness, their dark robes contrasting sharply with the vibrant colors of the other houses.

Draco, spotting Bea from afar, flashed her a cheeky grin.—Glad to see you made it through the Dementor incident unscathed.—he called out, his tone teasing but his eyes scanning the her with a hint of genuine concern.

Mattheo, walking beside Draco, gave Bea a warm nod.—You alright?— He asked, his voice soft and caring beneath his calm exterior.

Beatrice smiled gratefully.—I'm fine, thanks. It's just good to be back at Hogwarts.—

As they approached, Pansy was the first to burst forward, her eyes sparkling with excitement.—Bea, It's so good to see you!— She exclaimed, pulling Beatrice into a warm hug.

Daphne followed closely behind, her smile bright and welcoming.—You look great, Bea! I can't wait to catch up. It's been too long.—

Blaise, always the calm one, offered a friendly grin as he joined the group.—Nice to see you, Bea. How was your summer? Hopefully less eventful than our train ride?—

Bea laughed, appreciating the warm greetings.—It's good to see you all too. My summer was... uneventful compared to that train ride, that's for sure.—

Theo, who had been standing a little apart from the group, greeted Beatrice with a shy but sincere smile.—Hey, Lestrange.— He said softly, his voice almost lost in the excitement of the others. There was a noticeable hesitance in his demeanor. He quickly added. —Glad you're okay.—

Beatrice's heart skipped a beat at Theo's quiet greeting. She returned his smile.—Hi, Theo. You too. It's nice to see you.—

Beatrice had been in love with Theo for as long as she could remember. His presence had always captivated her. The way he carried himself with a blend of confidence and mystery that made him both intriguing and approachable. They shared a deep, unspoken connection, a familiarity that went beyond just friendship. Theo was genuinely kind and attentive, and their conversations always left Bea feeling understood and valued.
