Friday, the day they would go to school. They were lucky that the school year was only a month in. Kol was a junior and Katherine was sophomore (remember, this is a year before Bella came so Edward, Jasper and Alice are sophomores while Rosalie and Emmett are juniors). Katherine’s alarm went off, she opened one eye before closing it and sitting up. She stretched and then turned off her alarm. She got up and got dressed. Katherine wore black jeans, combat boots, a gray t-shirt and a leather jacket. Kol wore something similar but a black t-shirt instead. Both still wearing the bracelet they received from Ephraim, they never took it off, it was a special bracelet that would last eternity. Katherine came down stairs with her school bag and went to the kitchen. Kol just finished cooking her breakfast. She sat down at the table as he served her deer blood to drink. He then left her alone to eat. Once she finished, got up and put her dishes in the sink. Katherine grabbed the lunch Kol made her and put it in her school bag, just then Kol walked in the kitchen with their motorcycle helmets, smirking. She smirked back as he tossed her helmet, catching it. They both headed to the garage. Kol opened the garage door as Katherine made her way to her bike, putting on her helmet. She waited for Kol to be ready. Once he was, they slowly pulled out of the garage. Kol pressed the garage door key button and then they were off to school.

They pulled up into the school parking lot across from the Cullens cars. People stared at them, waiting for their face to be revealed from under the helmets. When Kol and Katherine did remove their helmets, boys and girls starred in envy and surprise. The Stone Siblings didn’t care about the stares because the smell of other vampires was strong. Resident vampires. Both Kol and Katherine grabbed their school bags from the side pouch on the back of their motorcycles. Kol wrapped his arm around his sister’s shoulder as they walked to the office. The office had cubbies for student’s helmets who rode their bikes to school. Both siblings put their helmets in their own cubbies. They went to the front desk and Kol spoke for them and handed the lady Katherine’s doctors note about her being a mute and doesn’t like being touched. The lady made copies for her 6 teachers, the nurse, and one to keep on file. Once they got their schedules, they went to find their lockers. They found Kol’s first, Katherine’s locker was in the hall next to Kol’s locker which was good because it was close.
