“Li Hanzu!” Jungkook roars into the Li Mansion. The Kims march behind their boss along with dozens of underlings.

A massive number of men in black surround the mansion from the outside. Even if this building has wings, it won’t be able to escape.

The ten Li guards that are meant to secure the outside front entrance were easily subdued from the sudden attack.

“Li–Hanzu!” Jungkook repeats, his tone angrier, causing his underlings to immediately scatter throughout the floor, searching for the individual with that name.

Li Mingyu, in his dark-navy pajamas, hurries out into the giant living room upon hearing the noises. Perplexed, he looks at all the intruders.

He asks in a taut, unsteady voice, “Jungkook, what are you doing here?”  And what is this threatening presence?

Mingyu has never seen Jungkook appear so untidy—his messy, dark-slick hair is brushed back, his black sleeves are rolled up to his elbow showing his arm tattoos, his knuckles seem smudged with something red, and somehow, he emerges more frightening than usual.

“This doesn’t involve you,” Jungkook says tensely, but calmly. He strikes a glance at Juan, to which his assistant immediately understands.

Juan cues two other men to capture Mingyu to the side, despite him struggling, throwing kicks, spouting questions and nonsense in resistance.

Within seconds, a tall old man appears at the top of the spiraling staircase—a strong, formidable presence.

“Jungkook, what do you think you’re doing in my house?!” Old Master Li yells, his gruff voice striking down at the intruders.

Jungkook directs his attention up at that voice. He wears a smile that doesn’t appear like one, and leisurely, he walks to the staircase and up he goes.

“It’s your house because I let it be so.”
With each step he takes, his glare intensifies.

When he finally reaches the top of the staircase, he stands face to face with the old man.

Jungkook doesn’t remember the last time he saw Li Hanzu but it seems like this guy really has gotten old. What has happened to the great Li Hanzu that used to rule the underground world and pushed everyone around?

“You little scoundrel, how daring of you,” Old Master Li scowls, recognizing the mockery in the glare of the young man in front of him.

Jungkook chuckles, his head tilted to the side as he says, “You don’t seem to understand what position you’re in right now.”

Keenly, Old Master Li examines the group of intruders along with the shadows of men outside of the mansion through the windows.

What is this kid doing? Why did he bring so many underlings? Is he planning a takeover? But why would he? He still needs Li Holdings for J. Corp’s expansion at least for a few more years? Madam moon would never agree to this.

“Do you want to go down there with your own feet, or do you need help? Your son is also here,” Jungkook taunts, knowing he has the full advantage here.

Li Hanzu is like a little ant in the palm of his hand, if he squeezes, this old man is as good as dead.

Li Hanzu glances at his son, inhales, and clenches his fists. Eventually, he walks down the staircase.

This is too sudden. He needs to improvise quickly on how to get out of this situation.

Unexpectedly, Jungkook raises his foot and throws a kick at the man, sending him flying down the stairs. He watches as Li Hanzu tumbles and rolls. The corner of the elderly man’s forehead slams into the railing and begins to bleed. His back that is not good hurts even more now.
