Almost a month has passed since Jimin last saw Minkook, and that breaks his heart.

His baby is growing each day, and he's not there. President Moon gives him her number and sent short clips and pictures of Minkook, but it's not the same as being there.

At this point, he doesn't know what he should do anymore.

It's like, his presence is completely dead to Jungkook. He rather has Jungkook lash out at him, yell, be mad, or anything—anything is better than acting as if Jimin doesn't exist.

From a distance, Dogeon takes a glance at Jimin from his desk.

It seems like Jungkook's cold treatment is getting to Jimin. Unlike the resilient Mr. Park a month ago, he now looks defeated and drained.

Dogeon has tried to talk to Namjoon about the situation, but all his older brother said is to not meddle. Let the two people figure it out themselves.

But will they manage to figure it out themselves?

Another day at J Corp...

As usual, Jungkook sits at his desk, working. However, today is different. Assistant Kim appears relaxed. Noon passed a while ago, but...

but that person didn't show up.

But why should I care?

So, what if he isn't here?

Finally, he's not here.

Jungkook tries to concentrate, but with the day feeling like it won't end anytime soon, he decides to return home to Minkook earlier than usual.

It feels great. Rather than calling his guards to check on Minkook, he's returning to check on him in person.

He drives peacefully through the roads.

The weather is chilly, but he feels a sense of warmth knowing that his son is at home waiting for him to return.

The guards at the entryway greet him as usual. Today must be the day his guards are off because only the ones hired by President Moon are here.

Usually, when he arrives home, Minkook would energetically run to him for a hug. Today, he comes home sooner than expected, which might be why the little one is nowhere to be found.

Jungkook goes up to his room and changes out of his suit, putting something casual on—a comfy jogger, and a white T-shirt. He comes back downstairs and goes looking for Minkook who likely would be in one of the playrooms.

Where's the little one hiding? He's not in the LEGOs room, not the books room, maybe the art room?

Jungkook approaches the art room.

It's not Aunty Song who's with Minkook. It's that person.

Why is he here?

Jimin's voice rings delicately as he speaks. "Minkook-ah, we have to mix it well or else it's just two colors." The little one is seated on Jimin's lap. A bigger hand holds the little hand, guiding the paintbrush.

"Wow, Jiminie, it's really really pretty now!" Minkook's round eyes gleam as he glances up.

"Minkook," Jungkook calls from the door.

The little ball of delight turns his head and looks. "Papa!" He hops out of Jimin's lap and runs over to greet his Papa, whereas Jimin freezes in place as if he's been caught red-handed doing something bad.
