"Jiminie, wake up, wake up!" A tiny voice rumbles like thunder on a sunny morning. "It's time to eat now! Jiminie~" Minkook's tiny finger pokes his father's cheek.
Feeling the pokes, the person lying on the bed gradually comes to his senses. "Mhmm." Slowly, his eyes open.
"Minkook!" Instantly, Jimin springs up and hugs the little one into his arms. His eyes glisten with joy. His mouth gapes with a smile—a smile of surprise and relief. He can't even fathom what is happening.
"uff Jiminie, you're hugging too tight." Minkook wriggles like jello in the embrace.
Jimin loosens his arms and moves his face down to look at his baby. "I'm sorry. It's just... I missed you so much."
Why is Minkook here?
Where is here?
"Jiminie look sad. You're going to cry?" Minkook's little eyebrows furrow together. "Now, now, don't be a crybaby."
"Okay, okay..." The mellow person smiles with shiny tears in his eyes. "Jiminie won't be a crybaby." He snuggles Minkook into his arms one more time.
"It's time for lunch," an icy voice interrupt.
Jimin turns his attention to the direction of that voice, at the door. He didn't notice Jungkook standing there earlier—his arms crossed together, leaning against the wall.
"Minkook, can you go find Aunty Song and help her? She might need someone to help carry plates," Jungkook says in a gentler voice than previously.
"Yes, Papa," the child replies to his Papa before swinging his head back to look at Jimin.
"Minkook will wait for Jiminie, so hurry up." Minkook has a cheerful smile on his face as his hand taps on his father's cheek. He then hops off the bed and runs out the door.
Jimin gets up, appearing to chase after the four-year-old, but Jungkook immediately shuts the door. And so, awkwardly, Jimin sits back down on the bed.
"Are you going to stay in bed for the whole day? Get up and get ready," Jungkook says in a dour voice, a stark contrast from earlier.
Get ready? Jimin evaluates himself. He's wearing a T-Shirt and a pajama pants. Instantly, he looks up and asks, "Did you change my clothes?"
"I can't?" Jungkook retorts, staring back at him.
"You didn't have to," Jimin mumbles under his breath.
"I didn't want my bed to reek of alcohol. How much more time are you going to waste? Minkook is waiting to have lunch with you."
Upon hearing that, Jimin stumbles away from the bed and navigates to where the bathroom is.
While washing his face with his eyes closed, he tries to recall how he got here.
Everything was blurry. Last night, he drank. Soobin disappeared. He continued to drink. Jungkook appeared. He got dragged. They kissed. They kissed?!!
Shocked once he remembers the scene, his eyes open wide, and the soap slides in. Shoot! Quickly, he tries to rinse it off while squirming to the sting in his eye.
They didn't just kiss. Jimin also started touching the other person inappropriately. He said a bunch of nonsense as well.
How shameful. Since when was he this shameless? Shame. Shame. Shame on him. He stands still, trying hard to recall but nothing else comes to mind.
That's all that happened, right?
Looking at his reflection in the mirror... strange. Why is there... ? Jimin immediately pulls his shirt down. There are hickeys starting from his collarbone and down.
