~Chapter Nine~Shadows

Y/n:"I think this is the cave entrance!"

As the boys attempted to catch their breath Y/n peered into the cave to see nothing but darkness.

Deuce:"Yea it is!These are old cart tracks and even some left over tools in this box!"

Y/n:"Flashlights!!We can use these to see."

Ace:"Um you forgot one thing."

Pulling out his magic pen and whispering into it,it began to glow.

Ace:"We have magic......"

Y/n:"Oh."

Deuce:"We're not allowed to use magic off campus or during free time.Only when a teacher or dorm lea-"

Grim:"BLAH BlAh bLah Who cares we're on a mission!!!Plus no one tells Grim what to do!"

Y/n:"Well we better get going it's already getting dark.I don't feel like getting lost."

Ace:"Alright Deuce you go first!"

As Ace pushed Deuce forward Y/n and Grim followed after leaving Ace to be last.Ace and Deuce and Grim all used their own magic while Y/n turned on her flashlight.And with that the Four set off on their daring adventure.

Walking further into the cave with what little light they have.They can see rocks,rocks,and moreeee rocks!They follow the abandoned railroad tracks so they don't loose their way back.

Deuce leading the way then Ace,Y/n,and lastly Grim

All keeping silent and watching for oncoming spiders the silence is broken with Y/n's scream.

Y/n:AGGHGG

Two ghosts fly through the rocks and circle around the group.

Ghost A:"Welcomeeee it's been so long since we last had visitors!Come have a seat and stayyy awhile."

Ghost B:"Or foreverrrrrr!!!"

Grim"Myahhhh it's just those annoying ghosts from earlier!!"

The four calm their breathing from the near heart attack they each had as the ghosts laugh and disappear into the darkness.

Deuce:"Okay let's keep going.The faster we find it the better."

~Time skip

Grim:"We've been walking for hourssssss!"

Ace:"Correction WE'VE been walking for hours!You've been floating!"

Y/n blocks out all the fighting from Grim and Ace to focus on the low stomping sound she's been hearing.It can't be any of them the sound is clearly coming from infront of them.....

—————:"GRAHHHH MAGESTONE- MINEE!!!"

A huge (hard to explain) Monster steps into the light gurgling a bunch of random words.All four struck with fear run and cower behind some rocks.
