Kirishima Pov:

I was sitting at my desk, anxiously bouncing my leg. It’s so hard to focus knowing my best friend is in the hospital. I hope he's okay. It's been almost a week since he was admitted in and he hadn't woken up. Suddenly the bell rings, oh damn it I wasn't listening to Aizawa at all during that lecture. But that quickly leaves my mind as I start packing my stuff from my desk. The school day is over, which means I can go visit Bakugo in the hospital… I let out a worried sigh as I throw my backpack over my shoulder. This catches Mina’s attention. She's always so observant like that.

“Hey Kiri, what's up?" Her head popping over my shoulder, startling me. Her face covered in curiosity and worry. I open my mouth to speak but she doesn't even let me respond to her question before chiming in, “It's Bakugo isn't it?"

I look down at the ground, my expression probably pure worry. I nod. My nod almost instantly followed by a small sigh and her hand on my shoulders. “He'll be fine. He's the strongest guy in this class after all."

I chuckle. Bakugo was always bragging about that. That he was the strongest in the class. A bittersweet smile spread across my face at the memory. “I just… hope he wakes up soon. It's been almost a week.” I somehow manage to say in a soft voice, I hate to admit it but I'm scared. I'm worried he won't wake up.

Mina nods almost like she can read my mind. “Bakugo will wake up soon, just you wait!" She states so confident and matter of factly.

No matter how much I try I never seem to be able to be as positive as her. “Thanks Mina, I gotta go now.” I smile at her, heading for the class door. Mostly everyone has left at that point. The pink haired girl waves as I jog out of the classroom trying not to worry as I return to my dorm to get ready to visit Bakugo at the hospital once again.
