Sanemi Shinazugawa, Giyu Tomioka, Obanai Iguro, Mitsuri Kanroji, Shinobu Kocho, Kyojuro Rengoku and Tengen Uzui have been friends since childhood. They are in same class and live together in an apartment. They went from kindergarten to high school together. Now they are in college. Everyone has their own personal life. Sanemi and Iguro share one room, Tengen, Giyu and Kyojuro share another room, and Mitsuri and Shinobu share a room together.

Giyu and Tengen love music, and Giyu can play the guitar. Sometimes he plays guitar and sings songs for the others. Everyone has their part-time job; Giyu also works in a bookstore because he likes silence. He has good friends there because of his calm nature and cool personality. Giyu loves reading dark romantic books.

He has a wolf cut and sometimes ties his hair in a half ponytail. He likes wears bracelets and have piercing in his right ear.  (In some Native American cultures, a right ear piercing is seen as a symbol of being in a relationship. In the gay community, a right ear piercing can be seen as a sign of being part of the LGBTQ+ community.)

During his high school Giyu met a boy named Sabito in a pub. Sabito was good-looking and kind, which made Giyu fall for him. After some time, he confessed his feelings to Sabito, and they started dating. Giyu was happy with Sabito.

It was Christmas, and everyone had gone home to celebrate with their families. The usually bustling apartment was now eerily quiet, with only Giyu and Sanemi left behind. Giyu was in the bathroom, enjoying the warmth of the bath, when he heard the door creak open.

"Shinazugawa..." Giyu called out in a startled voice, panic gripping him.

Sanemi, standing just outside the bathroom, let out a tired sigh. "Oh, you're in the bath. I'm exhausted. Are you almost done?" he asked, leaning against the doorframe, wearing nothing but a towel.

"No... I just got in," Giyu replied nervously.

"Fine, then I'll just have to join you," Sanemi said nonchalantly, starting to strip off his clothes.

"Wait, what? No, you can't just—" Giyu stammered, flustered.

"Don't act like it's the first time, idiot," Sanemi grumbled, stepping into the tub, completely unbothered by Giyu's protests.

They now sat together in the tub, the warm water enveloping them.

"This feels pretty good," Sanemi sighed in relief, breaking the silence. After a pause, he asked,

"So, how was your day? Why didn't you go home?"

Giyu brought his knees to his chest, his voice low and tinged with sadness. "I... I just don't wanted to."

Sanemi eyed him quietly, the room heavy with unspoken emotions. "I see..." he muttered before closing his eyes.

Minutes passed, and Sanemi suddenly felt a gaze on him. It made him uneasy. Opening his eyes, he caught Giyu staring at him before the other man quickly looked away. Sanemi blinked, confused, and glanced at Giyu again, his heart beating faster.

"What the hell was that?" Sanemi thought to himself. "Why would he be staring at me like that?"

Trying to break the awkwardness, Sanemi asked, "Hey, how's your girlfriend?"

Giyu's face paled, his voice trembling as he whispered, "Girlfriend? You mean my boy—"

A tear escaped Giyu's eye, trailing down his cheek before he could finish his sentence. Sanemi immediately tensed.

"Oi, what happened? Are you... okay?" Sanemi asked, moving closer, his voice softer than usual. His hand hesitated before gently cupping Giyu's cheek.

More tears began to flow, and Giyu looked up, his body shaking with the weight of emotions he'd been trying to suppress.
