As Sanemi tried to leave the room, Giyu gripped his hand and pulled him back, turning him to face him.

"I will not love you," Giyu said, his voice firm but conflicted.

Sanemi, still reeling from the moment, smiled sadly. "Fine, then just think of me as one of those side characters from your romantic novels. If you've ever read about one-sided love, you know you can't stop someone from loving you. Loving is like breathing; if we don't do it, we die."

Giyu stood there, silent, watching Sanemi walk away. His heart was heavy with emotions he wasn't ready to confront. After Sanemi left, Giyu moved to the balcony, staring out at the vast horizon, trying to make sense of everything.

Some time later, Tengen burst into the room, his usual boisterous energy filling the space. "What are you doing out here, kid?" Tengen asked, leaning against the doorframe.

Giyu turned around, revealing red, puffy eyes.

"Shit, you've been crying," Tengen said, his tone softening with concern. "What happened?"

"Sanemi..." Giyu began, his voice shaky. He paused, trying to find the words.

Tengen sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. ""He confessed his feelings."

"You knew?!" Giyu asked, incredulous.

"Yup," Tengen said, matter-of-factly.

Giyu kicked him lightly, frustration bubbling up. "Why didn't you stop him?"

Tengen laughed, though he felt a little guilty. "Why would I stop him? He really loves you and cares about you, Giyu. Not to mention, the guy even joined a gym just to—"

Before he could finish, Giyu kicked him again, harder this time. "Shut up! It's embarrassing," Giyu said, his face flushed with a mix of frustration and embarrassment. "Even if he loves me, what if... what if we start dating, and then break up? Things will never be the same between us."

Tengen looked at him, more serious now. "Do you really think things aren't already messed up after knowing how he feels?"

Giyu was silent, Tengen's words hitting him hard.

"You should try to understand his feelings," Tengen continued. "Loving him isn't the worst thing in the world. The guy loves you, Giyu."

Giyu's mind flashed back to all the little moments with Sanemi—how hard Sanemi had tried, the way he quietly supported him, the way he looked at Giyu with such tenderness, even when Giyu wasn't aware.

Tengen's voice broke through his thoughts. "Never ignore a person who loves you, cares for you, and misses you. Because one day, you might wake up and realize that you lost the moon while counting the stars."

Giyu sighed, feeling a lump form in his throat. Without thinking, he stepped forward and hugged Tengen tightly. Tengen smiled, his arms wrapping around Giyu's shoulders.

"Take your time," Tengen whispered. "No rush."

After a moment, Sanemi appeared at the door, grinning sheepishly. "Yeah, take your time. It's not like I'm going anywhere," he teased, though his eyes softened when they met Giyu's.

Giyu glanced at him, then quickly looked away, feeling overwhelmed again. "Tengen, I want to change my room," he muttered, trying to escape the situation.

Tengen burst into laughter. "That's impossible. You know I can't live without the love of my life here," he teased with a mischievous grin, winking at Sanemi before leaving.

Giyu glared at both of them, but Sanemi just smiled softly, his affection clear. "Don't make this awkward, Sanemi," Giyu mumbled before retreating to the room and falling onto the bed, trying to block out the chaos of his emotions.

He buried his face in his pillow, torn between the fear of love and the warmth he felt whenever Sanemi was near. The weight of Sanemi's love lingered in the air, but for now, Giyu just wanted to forget it all, if only for a little while.

Giyu was still groggy from his nap, rubbing his eyes as they remained puffy and red from his earlier emotions. Sanemi sat beside him on the bed, holding out some clothes.

"Get ready, we're going shopping," Sanemi said casually.

Giyu ignored him, heading straight for the bathroom to wash his face. When he came back, he started changing his clothes, but then felt someone's gaze on him. He turned around and

"Sanemi..." Giyu muttered, irritation creeping into his voice.

Sanemi grinned unapologetically. "What? It's not like it's the first time," he said with a teasing smile.

Giyu scowled, grabbing his clothes and retreating to the bathroom again to change in peace. When he came back, everyone was already waiting for him, ready to head out.

As they walked through the streets, Sanemi suddenly called out, "Giyu, wait."

Giyu stopped and turned around, annoyed. "What is it now?"

"Your shoelace," Sanemi said before kneeling down and tying it for him.

Giyu looked away, feeling a little embarrassed. His eyes met Tengen's, who was watching the whole scene unfold with a smirk. "How sweet," Tengen teased, his voice full of playful sarcasm. A faint blush crept up Giyu's cheeks as he quickly looked away.

Flustered, Giyu made a beeline toward Kyojuro and grabbed his hand, walking with him instead. He could feel the heat of Sanemi's gaze, but he didn't dare look back. His emotions were still too tangled, and he wasn't sure how to handle them just yet.

Sanemi, noticing Giyu's attempt to distance himself, simply smiled, choosing not to push further. He fell into step behind Giyu, watching from afar,
