13. first reunion

Zoya's POV

I am sure it was her. Monica Mittal the actual mother of my child, does she know anything, my heart panicked when they said the stranger who saved my daughter and gave her blood was none other than Monica M Mittal . And I saw her today at club. I am pretty sure her bodyguards had send her my details. Is she following me did she recognize her child. So many thoughts ran through my head . Is she going to take my daughter away from me for a moment I panicked seeing her. I've never lost my confidence in the stage not even at the sight of Richest personalities who were eyeing me with lust.
But that woman's eyes, still powerful as ever she was with some woman, and she looks so fine even after 4 years she got better.

I don't know about her life..i don't know anything about her since Rishi's death. Why was she in a club from Rishis conversation Monica was not really an outgoing person then why was she at a nightclub. Did she recognize me I am pretty sure she got some spark in that eye contact we made . And she too noted my shock even though it's hard to recognise me through that mask.

Is she here to sue me take my daughter away from me , or to put me in jail , so many weird scenarios popped in my head while the cab was heading towards my complex. I want Athena to recover faster even though she got discharged there are many expenses left medications to tests. And mom was there tonight she doesn't know I am stripper only my babysitter knows she came by to tell that my mom was there at home taking care of Athena. She got worried about the news when I informed her. But I didn't knew she would show up like this thank God she showed at the apartment. If she came by the fake employment address which i have given her then everything would be fucked up . I was in such a hurry that I haven't even got enough time to wipe the makeup off ..in the cab I used a couple of tissues to remove all the excessive make up . So while looking in the mirror I saw a certain car following us at first I was not noticing it but for some reason I felt suspicious so I told the driver to stop for a minute yea as I have guessed the car behind us also stopped but a reasonable distance away from us something was up. The car seems to be rich. Anyways when I stopped near my complex their was nothing in the vicinity. I think I was imagining things. I got out and entered the building in a hurry. I hope my mother doesn't find out where I was.

Mom i entered smiling she was holding Athena and my girl was peacefully sleeping her cuts were healing. For some reason I was thankful for Monica. It would be difficult to find someone with AB -ve blood group.

She's okay mom you don't have to come. Shut up Zoya i want to visit my grandaughter . You're living her with babysitter at this time too. I've told you many times to come back and live with me.

Mom we've had this conversation earlier we both know where this is heading you want me to marry that baker guy on the street. I said I am not interested nor I am interested in settling in your neighborhood . Jacob is good man he'll take care of you and Athena really well. Mom I am not looking for any man.

You're young Zoya and you're a single mom . God knows what job you're doing, you can't manage everything without anyone's help. You need someone, I can take care of my daughter very well mom. Yea then look what's happening to her. Mom this is nobodys fault kids get into trouble. It's not always parents fault also marrying someone doesn't fix everything. Me and my daughter is fine you can leave us alone. Great ok I agree that you've been a good mother working hard taking care of your child but who's there to take care of you i mean look at you.

Look at yourself Zoya, lookslike you could really use some sleep. I can take care of myself mom i am big.
Zoya look I am worried about you.
I care...my mom's eyes were serious filled with concern. I've never been connected with my mom . Emotionally I mean my parents were there but only in the form of money.

I hugged her, mom i know you're concerned but I can manage I don't need another man atleast for now.she patted my head whatever...
