Stellar and Lila collapse on the floor of one of the hallways of the Commission, the icy marble stinging their skin with it's unexpected coolness. Stellar pulls herself up to her knees, but can't bring herself to stand. Instead, she just sits there, her hands on her lap and tears streaming down her face.

It's stupid, really. How can she be crying over the family she never really knew?

But she could have known them.

She could have had a life with them.

She could have had everything.

And Five had taken that chance away with the simple pull of a trigger.

Stellar bets he didn't even care, didn't even think as he did it.

She bets he doesn't even remember.

A boiling wave of uncontrollable rage rushes through her veins, and her mouth curves into a vicious, crazed scowl, her eyes clouding over with hatred and fury. Stellar's hands curl into fists, her nails digging into her palms so hard she suspected that she might be drawing blood, but she doesn't care.

She wants to kill him.

She wants to avenge her family.

She wants to see him pay.

She wants to see him suffer.

Lila breathes heavily as she gets up and notices her sister on the floor, her hands balled into tight fists and her head down. She gently places her hand on Stellar's shoulder, and Stellar slowly looks up. Lila almost removes her hand. Never, not once, has she ever seen her sister in this state.

Her eyes are filled with manic loathing and darkness, and although her face is neutral, the resentment and outrage behind her cool expression is too intense to ignore. Tears stain her face and brim in her eyes like silent rivers, and her breathing is hitched, but not because of her soundless sobs or any kind of exertion. Stellar's breathing is laboured because her body is struggling desperately control the passionate, fiery rage that threatens to spill over.

Lila feels her own expression darken.

"We're going to make him pay." She promises. Stellar looks up at her blankly, as if to say 'how?'.

Lila's face hardens.

"We're going to war."

---

Stellar runs her hand over the shining, freshly sharpened blade of her katana, over the precise engravings carved into the glinting silver metal. She could always just conjure up an illusion of the weapon and make it solid, but incase she gets too tired, she decided it would be better to have a real one.

She is now wearing fresh clothes - a plain black long sleeve and black leggings and knee high black leather boots(yes they are flat bc what person with a choice fights in heels).

Stellar slides her katana into it's sheath with a satisfying slicing sound and slips it over her body. She breathes out, preparing herself for the battle ahead.

She's not actually sure if it will be much of a battle. Stellar runs through the list of siblings in her head.

Luther was strong but definitely passive. He didn't seem like the type of person to want to hurt anybody, but when it came to his family, Stellar didn't know.

Diego seemed pretty hostile and suspicious from what Stellar had seen of him and in the brief glimpses of his character in her visions, but she thought that really, on the inside, he wasn't the scary, hardened person he wanted to be. Stellar wondered if that was what Lila saw in him. Not an aggressive, bitter man, but rather someone who understood what it was like to not be enough, no matter how hard he tried.

Someone who was really just a human on the inside.

Flawed, but in their own way, flawless.

Stellar shifted as she realised that she was no longer thinking about Diego, but her and Lila instead.

She knew.

She knew that they would probably never be enough for the Handler's high expectations. Stellar remembers all the nights alone in that cold, glass encased room, her small body shivering, her head stabbing her repeatedly like a sharp knife and her eyes squeezed tightly shut as her stomach lurched from overexertion. Trapped. Imprisoned.

Lila, as fierce and sarcastic as she may seem, feels. She feels sad, happy and broken. Maybe now more than ever, she feels mad, but she feels it all. Although she may not want to, she also feels love. She tries not to show it, but Stellar can tell.

Allison. Stellar hadn't known her for more than ten minutes, but she seemed kind enough. She did have this unspoken rage and self hate bubbling beneath the surface though, that Stellar feared could explode anytime soon.

Klaus seemed to be the goofy one of the siblings. He was always making funny remarks, and honestly, Stellar found it quite amusing. He probably wouldn't be much use in a fight though.

Stellar skipped past Five in her head. She knew everything she needed to know. He was a killer. She couldn't even believe that a few hours ago she might have considered him somewhat of an ally, if not even, to generously put it, a friend. Anger boiled up inside her, and Stellar tried her best to push it back down by taking a deep breath.

Vanya. Vanya was special. Stellar had seen from the beginning of her visions. Vanya could change the course of the world and the fate of the universe with a simple decision.

Okay, so maybe she did have some things to be worried about. Yes, all of the Hargreeves siblings had extraordinary powers, but from what she had seen, none of them would really kill anyone unless it was absolutely necessary. Aside for Five and maybe Vanya - but only by accident - none of them posed as any kind of extremely perilous risk.

Stellar assured herself that in the worse case scenario, she could use her illusions to heal her wounds and make them solid until she could get proper medical attention. Lila would also be able to take care of most of them fairly well, seeing as she could mimic any power.

A knock comes from the door. Stellar walks over and opens, finding herself still unable to talk. Lila is standing outside the small training room, wearing all black as well.

"Ready?" She asks solemnly.

Both of their eyes darken as they think about their parents and why they're doing this.

Stellar just nods.
