RAINDROP

Rain, rain, don't go away,
Hide my tears and my pain.

Let the cold hold me in an embrace,
As tears race down on my face.

Be free and shower your thunderstorm;
While raindrops and teardrops wet what I've worn.

Let your thunder and lightning shear;
While I'm in my room, shedding tears.

Rain, rain, hide my fears.
Don't let anyone see my tears.

After all, it's only in the rain where you can hide;
When there is also a storm inside your mind.
