tw: blood, torture

Back to Jisung's town, the group of friends were finally coming back from the police station as the sun had already risen quite up in the sky. They walked fast in the streets, anxious to arrive as quickly as possible to Jisung's place. The three of them had not slept all night, desperately trying to explain everything to the cops, but they were exhausted now. Their heads hurt, their eyes closed as they kept pacing, legs barely holding them. One more step, one more, just another one. It all seemed so useless...
Panting in front of the door, they waited for Seungmin to find the key to the flat, but he had forgotten them inside with his bag. He sighed and quickly knocked on the door, as gently as the situation allowed, trying to not disturb Jisung in case he was sleeping but ultimately, they needed to talk as soon as possible. Unfortunately, he woke up a peacefully sleeping Felix who yawned as he let them in.
"So long honestly..." Seungmin pestered.
"Me?" Felix asked, his eyes still half-closed but his guilt rising, feeling his friend's aggressive tone.
"No, the police" Seungmin reassured his friend in a softer tone, taking off his shoes and sitting on the couch.
"So long, and for fucking nothing..." Hyunjin joined him, mad as well. They had spent a few hours with the police, explaining the whole story, but when the officers finally half-believed them, they realized they could not do anything. They had to call the capital, which they did, but it did not lead to anything really. Just a mindless attempt from the cops to soothe the friends' anxious states.
"How did it go?" Felix asked, holding back a yawn again as he sat next to Seungmin, his head instantly falling down on his friend's shoulder.
"Just useless. They called the cops in the capital... like they're actually gonna do something..." Hyunjin went to the kitchen, swiftly downing a glass of water, avoiding Changbin lying down on the floor as he rested his legs.
Seungmin sighed, pondering how this situation would unfold, how they could even do anything for Minho when he realized Jisung was not with them. He sprung up immediately, startling Felix already falling back asleep on his shoulder.
"Where is he?" he asked as he quickly scanned the whole room.
Felix precipitously looked around as well, suddenly nervous. He had forgotten he was supposed to guard his friend, his anxious mind had unfortunately craved sleep too much last night.
"Huh I'm sure he's in his room..." He suggested with a weak voice as Seungmin rushed to the bedroom but of course, no one was there. His fear became real; Jisung had left to save Minho by himself.
He came back to the living-room, noticing Jisung's bag and shoes had disappeared. "Fuck, he left..." He whispered to himself, more anxious than mad or anything, as the friends all jumped to their feet, panicked and unsure of what to do now.
Felix instantly knew he had messed up. He tried to approach Seungmin, but he took his stuff and stormed out of the apartment, putting his shoes as he was already pacing down the sidewalk.
"Hey! Where are you going?", Changbin shouted, already walking after him.
"To the capital! We have to talk to the cops there!" Seungmin shouted, already disappearing down another street.
The friends hurriedly put on their shoes and took their bags, catching Changbin and running after Seungmin in the town. Felix followed behind, holding his tears for as long as he could but eventually the guilt was too much. He had let them all down, he had one simple thing to do and he had failed. Silent tears rolled down his cheeks when they finally joined Seungmin a few streets away from the train station. Felix wiped away his tears but well, they would never stop falling.
