~The Mind Flayer and The Gate~

A/N: Doing the last two chapter together :) 

After mom put Will to sleep, we saw the monsters coming to us. We started running I was looking behind us to make sure they weren't behind us. I run into someone's back it was hop. "Why did we stop?" I asked as I looked in front of him. There was not one, not two but three they were coming at us " cover your ears." I said, stepping in front of them "kid" Hopper said. I stuck my hand out and let out an ear-piercing scream as a beam of energy came out of my hand.

The monsters went flying back. I fell back, but someone caught me it was mom and hopper. "Nice shot, kid," Hopper told me as Mike came over and helped me up, "I feel tired," I said, looking at Mike. "I know," Mike said. There was more monsters come our way and we ran into some room. Mike sat me up against the wall. I started to fall asleep.

Joyce's Pov

After Cass throw the monsters with her powers she looked weak after we made it into a room bob started to ask a bunch of questions "how-how did she do that?" bob asked "She Has powers" I said looking over at Cass who was out like a light with her hand resting on mike's shoulder. "Oh my god" I heard bob say. I looked were he was looking it was cameras and there were a bunch of Monsters all over the place.

 "We have to get out of here" Hopper said "how do we get out of her Doc?" Hop asked Owens "We can't the system needs to be rebooted and you need to know BASIC" Bob said "Then teach me" hop said "I can't just teach you BASIC. Can I teach you French while I'm at it, Jim? Do you know BASIC Doc?" Bob asked "No" he said "Ok, ok Got this" bob said "No, no Bob no don't" I said, walking over to him "Joyce you have to get out of here. You have to get the twins out" he told me as he looked over at Will and Cass. "Ok, ok... just be careful please" I said as I gave him a sweet kiss. "I will" he said as he rested his forehead on mine. We pulled away, and Hopper handed him a gun and showed him how to use it.

After Bob left "Mom?" I heard Cass I walked over to her "Hey sweetheart" I said, brushing some hair out of her face "Hi" she said weakly with a small smile. "You did so good sweetheart, I am so proud of you" I said as I kissed the top of her head. "Will is he ok?" She asked "he's fine still sleeping" I told her as she nodded and put her head on mike's shoulder.

Cass's Pov
After they told me Bob went to go fix the system so we can get out of here. I still had my head on Mike's shoulder "do you think the others are ok?" I asked "Cass I'm sure they are fine, " Mike said "I-I am just worried that's all" I said "You are just worried about your boyfriend" mike said smirking as I lift my head off of his shoulder "shut up" I said hitting His arm he chuckled as I got up to go stand next to mom.

"Hey sweetie" she said as she put her arm around me. Then the lights turned on "he did it" I said "all right bob we will meet you out front" Hopper said as hop went  to pick up Will "hold Up chief we got something" Owens said and one of the Demo thing was heading for bob "Bob you got in coming" Owens said "ok hold on I got in idea" he said he went to turned on something. Then the sprinklers went off and it scared off the demo thing "yep that works" I said "All right let's go" hop said. "Hey you coming?" I asked Owens which made Hopper stop "I will let you know if yall have something coming" he said hop nodded and we ran out.

We got to the front and hopper handed Will to mike and I. Then I heard my mother's scream "Mom!" I yelled I was about to run back in there then someone stopped me. "Cass Stop." it was Jonathan I was about to say something but hopper ran out with my mom in his arms and she was sobbing but I didn't see Bob... then it hit me like a bunch of rocks. "Oh no" I muttered as Jonathan let go of me, and we got will in the car. Mom was still crying I did my best to calm her down. I pulled her in my arms just like she would do for me. I looked at Jonathan who looked back at me I gave him a small reassuring smile.
