Yet again did not get any sleep last night. I was sitting next to Dustin who fell asleep on my shoulder. I looked at the time it was almost 7. Max was up I motioned her to hand ma a pillow. She handed me one I put in-between me and dustin. Max gave me her hand she helped me to my feet. We walked up stairs no one was awake yet.
"Why?" max asked out of nowhere
"What?" I asked as a faced her
"Why? Why did you throw me out of the upside down when you were still in their?" She asked
"Max I-" but she cut me off
"Cass just listen, okay? Look when you did that, when I was out I got a little worried okay? When you didn't come out after me" she said
"But Max I did. Where okay. Okay the reason why I did that is because I knew I could hold him back enough to get you out" I said
"But I can't lose you. I can't" she said I looked at her before I pulled her into a hug
"I can't ether" I said
"Why does this happen?" she asked I chuckled and pulled out of the hug
"I don't know" I said
"Just- just don't do that again what you did" she said
"Max if I hav-" she cut me off
"Please?"
"Okay. Okay" I said with a small smile we heard footsteps coming
"Oh, Good morning girls" Mrs. Wheeler said walking into the kitchen
"Good morning" I said
"Cass Hun, how's your mom doing?" she asked
"Oh, so good. Can I use your phone to call my family?" I asked
"Oh, of course dear" She said
"Thank you" I said as I walked to the phone. I put the number in. I said that 'this number was not working at this time'. I put the phone back on the wall. I saw Max with holly they were drawing
"Mind if I join?" I asked they nodded I sat next to Max and started to draw what I saw
It has probably been an hour since Me and max stared drawing Mrs. Wheeler was making pancakes. I heard rushing footsteps, I looked up as the song was playing and saw Dustin and Nancy looking worried. I did a small wave and looked over at Dustin then back at the drawing.
"I think it's so sweet that you guys are sticking together like this." I heard Mrs. Wheeler say as I zoned out for like the fifth time this morning. A voice snaped me out of my zoning thing.
"Hey" Nancy said
"Hey" me and Max said as we took off out headphones
"Are you two, okay?" Nancy asked
"I mean if you think not being able to sleep" I said
"People kept blasting music in our ears, for some reason" Max said Nancy chuckled
"But holly let us borrow some of her crayons. We've been having a fun, right, holly?" I asked and she Nodded her head
"Is this what you guys saw last night?" Nancy asked as she pointed to the drawing
"I mean, it's supposed to be" Max said
"We tried" I said
"I thought it'd be easier to draw it out than to explain it, but- um not so much" Max said
