I had just said goodbye to Lisa and Jisoo and was walking down the aisle when suddenly, I felt someone grab my hand and yank me tightly. My body spun around so fast that I barely had time to process what was happening. When I looked to see who it was, I found myself face-to-face with a brunette girl wearing a serious expression, staring at me aggressively.

"Hey, you're the showgirl's daughter, right?" she asked, her voice dripping with disdain. I immediately recognized her voice—it was Jennie. I could hardly believe what I had just heard. Showgirl? I felt my face flush with anger. I took a deep breath, struggling to keep my temper in check before I replied.

"First of all, she's not a showgirl," I said, unable to mask my irritation. "But yes, I am her daughter. If you're looking for some kind of test, you're mistaken. I don't know anything about that, and I certainly don't collect autographs from famous people."

I tried to turn and walk away, but she pulled me back sharply, turning me around once again. My heart pounded in my chest, caught between surprise and fury. What was she doing?

She tightened her grip and continued, as if she had every right to demand my attention. "I don't want an autograph; I want you to stop bothering Sarah."

Suddenly, it all clicked. I nearly laughed at how absurd this was. She was causing a scene over Sarah? That gossipy Barbie had already gone crying to her girlfriend. What a joke.

"And who do you think you are, Superman? Coming to rescue the damsel in distress?" I shot back, letting my irritation fuel my words as I pushed her away.

Jennie gave me one last hard look before turning around. "You've been warned," she said, and then walked away. I stood there for a moment, stunned. Who did she think she was, confronting me like that?

What the fuck just happened? I was in disbelief, my heart still racing, and my hands trembling with rage. Who did this girl think she was? No, this wasn’t over. I took a deep breath, trying to calm the fury bubbling inside me, but it was useless. I’d find a way to get back at her.

When I got to my room, thankfully no one was there. Lucky for Sarah, because if she had been, she would’ve gotten an earful. I took the opportunity to pack my suitcase.

Once inside Lisa’s room, I took a deep breath before launching into the story of what had just happened with Jennie. My indignation still burned, and I needed to get it off my chest. As I finished, I saw Jisoo frown.

She looked at me thoughtfully. "She thinks she's the queen of the school," Jisoo said, clearly knowing more than she was letting on. "I've heard things from a few people. She doesn’t care about anyone. She hooks up with people and then discards them like nothing. Honestly, if I were you, I wouldn’t even bother with Sarah—she’s going to get dumped anyway."
I decided to text Lisa, and she replied that she was in her room. I headed over to talk. Just as I arrived at her door, I saw Jisoo approaching as well. I waited for her—after all, it would be nice to hear what they both thought, even though Jisoo had befriended those girls.
