New POV

I was sitting by the pool, sipping red wine, when I suddenly heard some commotion in the living room. Curiosity and a slight sense of worry made me get up and see what was happening. When I entered the room, I found Gun and Krist in a bad mood, pouring themselves whiskey.

"What happened? Did the deal fall through or what?" I asked, trying to understand the situation.

"No," Gun replied in a tense voice. "The deal went through, and the hotel is ours. The problem is dinner."

"Dinner?" I repeated, confused.

"Off showed up," Gun continued, his face darkening. "He's a business partner of Eart's father."

I turned pale. "Jesus, are you okay? Did he do anything to you?"

"No, luckily he didn't even speak to me," Gun said, his voice calm but his eyes betraying unease. "The real problem is that Singto also showed up at the dinner," Gun added, pointing to Krist, who was nervously sipping whiskey, his hands trembling.

"That bastard had the nerve to follow us after dinner and insisted on meeting his child. He literally demanded it," Gun explained, his voice full of anger.

I was shocked by Singto's audacity. I saw tears welling up in Krist's eyes and finally spoke: "I have no idea how he found out I was pregnant, but he ordered me to introduce them."

"No way!" came a voice from the stairs. Three young men, Win, Gulf, and Saint, ran down and hugged Krist protectively.

"Moma K, are you okay?" Saint asked, his concern evident. He knew his papa was a strong person, but the little he knew about his father made him never want to meet him.

"He's okay, but the same can't be said for the other guy," Gun smiled.

"What do you mean?" I asked, my curiosity piqued.

"I hit him," Krist said in a trembling voice, as if he couldn't believe it himself.

Singht POV

Singht sat in his apartment, looking out over the Bangkok skyline. He was icing his jaw, convinced that a large bruise would soon form. He pondered what Krist had told him. Was it true? Had he really abandoned their child? Had he moved on and started a new family with James? Questions swirled in his mind, and he couldn't decide what to believe.

He decided to investigate. For 17 years, he had searched for Krist, but it was as if he had vanished. Finally, he had a new lead. He knew that Krist now went by the name Christian Smith, lived with James Smith, and owned S.G.W Company. This was a significant breakthrough compared to the zero information he had before.

Years ago, when Krist disappeared, Singht had hired a detective agency to help find him. He had only received information about Krist's family and that he had never contacted them again. He discovered that Krist had bought a ticket to Europe, to Vienna, but didn't know if he had stayed there. From Vienna, one could fly anywhere in the world. He called the detective agency and gave them the new information, demanding details by morning. As he spoke, his jaw throbbed with pain.

Singht woke up early, still feeling the pain in his jaw. The ice had long since melted, leaving a wet spot on the pillow. He got up and went to the bathroom, splashing cold water on his face. The reflection in the mirror confirmed his fears – a large bruise was forming on his jaw.

"This is going to be a long day," he muttered to himself and returned to the living room, where his phone lay on the table. He was expecting a message from the detective agency. When the phone rang, he quickly answered it.
