Gun POV

It was a beautiful Saturday morning, and I decided to take my family on a trip around Bangkok. I wanted to spend a day full of fun, adventure, and shared experiences that would strengthen our family bond. New, Krist, and our sons Saint, Gulf, and Win were all excited.

Our first stop was the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. As a great cook, I was thrilled at the opportunity to buy fresh ingredients and show the boys how trading is done at a traditional Thai market. Saint, Gulf, and Win were fascinated by the colorful stalls filled with fruits, vegetables, and local specialties. Together, we tasted various exotic fruits and enjoyed the market's atmosphere.

After visiting the market, we headed to Wat Arun, known for its stunning architecture and views of the Chao Phraya River

After visiting the market, we headed to Wat Arun, known for its stunning architecture and views of the Chao Phraya River. Krist, being an architect, explained the history and significance of the temple to the boys while we admired its beauty together. Win, who loves photography, took several amazing shots of the temple and our family.

For lunch, we stopped at a small traditional Thai restaurant where we ordered various dishes to taste as many local specialties as possible. Gulf, who is an athlete and loves food, was excited to try new flavors. I made sure everyone had plenty to eat and enjoyed our meal together.

After lunch, we headed to Siam Park City. The boys were thrilled to try out different attractions and enjoy a day full of fun. Saint, who is an artist, enjoyed the creative and colorful environment of the park, while Gulf and Win had a blast on the roller coasters and water rides. New, who is sensitive and empathetic, made sure everyone felt good and enjoyed the day.

During our visit to Siam Park City, a funny situation occurred that made us all laugh. Gulf, known for his energy, bought a large straw hat to protect himself from the sun. However, when he decided to try one of the roller coasters, the hat flew off during the ride and landed in a tree near the attraction.

Saint, always ready to help, decided to rescue the hat. He climbed the tree, but as he tried to retrieve the hat, he lost his balance and almost fell. Luckily, New and I caught him just in time, but the hat remained in the tree.

Win, who loves photography, captured the entire situation on camera, and we all laughed as we looked at the photos. In the end, we decided to leave the hat in the tree as a memento of our fun day at the park.

We ended the day with an evening walk along Asiatique The Riverfront. It was an amazing place with beautiful views of the river and plenty of local shops and stalls. The boys were excited to explore the new environment, and we made sure they had an unforgettable experience.

During our walk at Asiatique The Riverfront, another funny situation occurred. Win, who loves photography, wanted to take a selfie with the whole family. He set up his phone on a stand and set the timer. As we all lined up and smiled at the camera, a group of tourists walked by, and one of them accidentally kicked the stand. The phone fell to the ground and started rolling towards the river.

Gulf, who is as fast as lightning, immediately ran after the phone. He ran so fast that he almost knocked over a few people. In the end, he caught the phone just before it fell into the water. We all laughed as Gulf returned with the phone in hand, out of breath but happy that he had saved it.

When we got home, everyone was tired but happy. It had been a day full of fun, adventure, and shared experiences that strengthened our family bond. Gun, Krist, and I were proud of our sons and knew that together we could overcome any obstacles. This family day in Bangkok was a testament to our love and unity.

As we settled on the couch and looked through the photos from the day, I couldn't help but feel filled with happiness. Seeing the boys laugh and enjoy our time together was the greatest reward for me. I knew we had created memories that we would all cherish forever.
