Hey guys, what name do you prefer for a vampire ml...☠️

Mike's POV

Alex looked ready to murder someone when he asked about the shirt. He took my arm and dragged me to his car. I have been using public transport ever since our fall out. He started driving without a word and I was curious what he was thinking. I have seen Alex mad before but he always yell what he was thinking, today seems different.

"Spill." I attempted. He glared at me and continued driving gripping the steering wheel so tight his knuckles were pale.

"So you are giving me the silent treatment." I was gettin' bored. He already hates me I know, and now this!

"This is not the way to my home Alex, where are you taking me?" I asked but again I was met with silence. Great!

We arrived at his house after a weird drive and I wondered why he wanted me here. He unbuckled himself before walking to my door and opened it. I stared at him not sure what to expect. He took my hand again and dragged me to his room locking the door behind us.

"Whose shirt is that Mike?" He asked panting. So the shirt was the problem. Ugh!

"Some hulk guy gave it to me." I replied. I didn't know if he knew Dashiell so I didn't bother with the name. He took a step closer but not close enough and sighed.

"Why would he give you his shirt? What happened that you had to change a shirt?" I rolled my eyes at that. Really now, we were fighting because of a freaking shirt!?

"Ben happened. Mr hulk guy dealt with him and gave me his shirt." I explained. He eyed me with concern before he leaned in and I flinched. He took my face in his fingers and tilted my head to face him. Worry written all over his face.

"What did Ben do? Are you okay now? Mike are you hurt? Did he do something? That motherfucker, tell me what he did." Alex ranted and I watched him amused. Is this guy serious.

"Why the fuck do you care Alex? No really, do you even care what happens to me anyway?" I spat withdrawing myself from his touch.

"Mike I do care about you, what do you mean?" He asked his eyes softening and his fingers finding mine as he interwined them. I tried to pull away but he tighten his grip.

"Are you seriously asking me what I mean Alex. You have been avoiding me like a plaque because I made a mistake of kissing you. A kiss that you were more than happy to return. You asked me to leave and didn't dare to check on me ever since." I felt hot tears down my cheeks and I didn't care to wipe them. "You are my safe place Alex, if you push me away who do I turn to? I am sorry I kissed you can't we just forget it and move on. Please?"

I knew I looked pathetic but what could I do. I didn't know how to live without this idiot before me. My life revolved around him yet he didn't think twice before pushing me away, that's not fair.

"I am sorry Mike." Alex said and before I could say anything he leaned in. It was one of those moments where time seemed to pause, as if the world itself was holding its breath.
His hand gently brushed a strand of hair behind my ear, fingers lingering on my cheek, warm and tender. I could feel my heart racing, the anticipation building with every breath. I could feel my toes curl awaiting what was to come.

As he leaned in, the space between us disappeared. Our lips met, softly at first, as if testing the waters. But then, as if gravity itself pulled us closer, the kiss deepened. My hands instinctively reached up, fingers tangling in his hair as I  melted into him. It was as if everything — the world, the noise, the chaos — faded away. All that existed was this moment, the sensation of his lips on mine, the warmth of his touch, and the slow, steady rhythm of our breathing syncing together.
