Andre watched as Kendra stepped towards him. Just before they could speak to one another police cars zoomed into the parking lot of the nursing home. Andre looked to where his mother was resting. His stomach turning thinking the worst.
"Kendra Moore?" A cop spoke making him look back to her.
"Yes that's me."
"You are under arrest for tampering with evidence."
"What?" Kendra's eyes widened. "I didn't do shit. What are you talking about?" She spoke as she tried to back away from the cops. Andre placed his hands on her arms.
"Kendra relax. You can't do all that with them." He warned.
"But I didn't do anything." She whispered as tears dropped from her eyes. The police stopped allowing Andre to calm her down.
"Everything will be okay. Here give me your purse. Call your sister, I'll follow you to the station." He told her as he took her belongings. Kendra quickly called Jazmyn's phone. She passed it over to Andre.
"Please tell her to hurry up."
"I got you." He begin to walk towards his car. Andre slipped inside as the cops arrested Kendra. Ezekiel snatched the purse and phone. He ended the call to Jazmyn and begin to go through it taking out what he needed.
He made sure that all the messages on Kendra's phone went to a second location. Then directed her calls to that number as well. He put the phone back into the purse.
"Why you getting her arrested?"
"I can't protect her if she stupid enough to fall for Will's shit." Ezekiel spoke as he sparked a blunt. "Since you wanna ask questions, who took your fingers off you?" He looked him over.
Andre looked into the rear view mirror at him. Ezekiel nodded his head. "I figured you wouldn't want to talk about that. Because then you would have to admit that you been fucking with Will this whole time."
"It was easy to get a tracker in London's car. Even be able to listen in to the conversations she had with motherfuckers. Even them late night links."
"Just kill me if that's what you going do Ezekiel." Andre went to turn and his head was smashed into the steering wheel.
"Nigga I don't need your motherfucken permission to kill you." Ezekiel spat. "This is my shit. And you been pushing for Vincent to start a war with Will. For what reason?"
"You know he's obsessed with Akbar."
"Naw." Ezekiel laughed. "I hear you trying to pass off that bullshit. But Willy fucked you in the process of that." Ezekiel grabbed his hand and slammed it down making his prosthetic fingers fall off.
He pulled out his pocket knife. "Answer my motherfucken question now."
Andre's breathing picked up. "I just thought Will was obsessed because of what Akbar did to his family."
