Taehyung Pov

Y/n and I walked out of the kitchen and into the living room, away from her parent's watchful eyes.

As soon as we were alone, she looked at me.

Y/n: Calling me 'beautiful' right in front of my parents. Were you trying to embarrass me?

Taehyung : Me? Trying to embarrass you? Never!!

I replied with a disbelief and a smirk expression.

Taehyung : I was just saying the obvious. you know. beauty recognizes beauty.

She hits my shoulder playfully, her cheeks flushing a shade of pink.

Y/n: You're so cheesy, you know that?

she said, trying to sound annoyed but failing to hide the smile tugging at the corners of her lips.

I chuckled, enjoying her flustered state.

Taehyung : You love it

I teased, bumping my shoulder against hers playfully. She rolled her eyes in mock annoyance, but I could see the hint of a smile on her lips.

Y/n: You're lucky you're cute, otherwise I'd be so annoyed right now.

she said, punching my arm lightly.

Taehyung : Ouch

I gasp, pretending to be hurt by her light punch

Taehyung : You wound me, love.

Y/n: : Let's go to a nearby park.

Taehyung : Sure..

I agreed, sensing that she wanted to talk in private. So We made our way out of her house and walked towards the nearby park.

Time skip

The park was quiet and peaceful, with the sound of birds chirping in the background.

Y/n and I walked side by side in comfortable silence for a few moments. just enjoying each other's presence.

After a while they reached a spot away from other people,  y/n stopped walking and sat down on a nearby bench. I sat down beside her, our thighs brushing against each other.

Y/n: It's so refreshing..

I nodded in agreement

Y/n: Did you sleep well last night?

Taehyung : Not really

I admitted the truth

Taehyung: Jimin snores like a chainsaw, and my thoughts kept me awake most of the night..

I laughed lightly at her observation.

Y/n: Yeah, Jimin's snores could wake the dead..

Taehyung: Don't worry, I'll survive.

I said, brushing off her concern playfully.

Tae: More importantly, how about you? You are Did you sleep well last night?

Y/n: I was sleeping well as long as you were with me.(She pouted)

I couldn't help but smile at her confession. Her pout was adorable, and it made me feel guilty for leaving her alone last night.

Taehyung : I'm sorry for leaving you alone..

She shook her head, a small smile playing on her lips.

Y/n: It's okay. I understand. I just missed having you next to me. that's all.

I smiled warmly, reached over and took her hand in mine, intertwining our fingers.

Taehyung : I missed being with you too

I said softly

Y/n: You'll see when we get married you won't feel like this anymore..

Taehyung : Oh really, how so?

I asked, pretending to be clueless

Y/n: Because then I will always be with you and you won't feel like this anymore..

I chuckled at her response.

Taehyung's : You're right..

I said, squeezing her hand gently.

Taehyung : Once we're married, I won't have to spend a single night without you by my side..

Y/n: You will get used to it..

Taehyung : I'll never get tired of being beside you..

I replied, my tone sincere.

Taehyung : You're my one and only, and I'll cherish every moment we spend together, whether it's sleeping beside you or just sitting here in silence..

Y/n blushed at his words, and her grip on his hand tightened slightly.

We sat there for a moment, just soaking in each other's company, our hands still intertwined.

Y/n: Please don't ever think about to leave me because my world is dark without you..

I felt my heart swell with emotion as I heard her words.

Taehyung: I promise, love

I said, my voice low and serious.

Taehyung : I will never leave you. because you are my world too..

I pulled her closer to me, wrapping my arm around her waist and guiding her to lean against my chest. She snuggled into my embrace, resting her head on my shoulder.

We sat there in silence for a while, just enjoying each other's presence and the peaceful surroundings.

Y/n: I can't wait for the day when we will officially get together..

I chuckled.

Taehyung: Me too

I said, my hand rubbing her back in soothing circles.

Taehyung: But let's make sure we enjoy every moment before that day comes. Because once we're officially together, I'll make sure to never let you go..

They both look at each other and smiled softly
