It had been 6 months since Y/n joined the company. During these months, she had proven herself to be efficient, quick-witted and most importantly she wasn't afraid of him, which was unusual. Taehyung had gotten used to her being around, to her quiet presence in his office.

As the mouths progressed, Y/n found herself getting more and more comfortable working with Taehyung. However, she couldn't help but feel that Taehyung was still distant towards her. He never really opened up, keeping his emotions in check around her.

Despite the professional facade, she couldn't deny that she was drawn to him. She realized that she was developing feelings for him, but she had to keep them hidden. She knew Taehyung didn't see her as anything more than his secretary.

She knows that being a secretary means having to keep her personal and professional life separate. And if anyone finds out about her feelings for Taehyung, it could lead to serious consequences, including losing her job. So she has to be careful, even though deep down she may have romantic feelings for him..

Taehyung Pov

It's been 6 months since I've seen her. Her work, presentation always impressed me. She keeps her promise very well..and now I think I don't have to look for a new secretary anymore..

I was thinking about her and that's when someone interpreted me... it's none other than
Jeon Jungkook. My best friend. He is the vice president here.

Taehyung: Hey, What's u-

His words cut off

Jungkook: Don't you think you've changed?

Taehyung : Why did you suddenly think of this?

Jungkook: cause I have been noticed you for months and also watching you through the glass door for about 15 minutes and you know what..you were smiling while thinking of something!! Dude !! Tell me please!! I want to know!!!

Taehyung: Jungkook it's not what you are thinking!! I suddenly remembered a joke so I was smiling..that's it!!

Jungkook: A JOKE!!! No way!!

(Someone knocked the door)

Y/n: May I come in, sir??

Taehyung : yeah come inside, Ms.Y/n.

Hearing that she entered inside and I don't know why but automatically a smile creeps on my face. Jungkook noticed it.

Jungkook: is this smile for Ms.-

Taehyung : Mr.Jeon !! Can you please stay quiet for a moment..( I glared at him) so Ms.y/n what brings you here?

Y/n: sir I came here to give this file to you

Taehyung : oh thank you Ms.y/n..

She bowed to me, glanced at Jungkook and about to went back to her cabin but taehyung called her. She turned around to face him .

Taehyung: Can bring me the file of yesterday's meeting.

She nodded then went from there. Who knew that Taehyung actually asked Y/n to bring the file to see her again and Jungkook would be gone by then.

Jungkook: So this mysterious smile of yours is for Ms.Y/n..right?

Taehyung : w-what..?

Jungkook: You can never hide anything from me!!

Taehyung: You're talking bullshit, Jungkook!! She's just my secretary..
There's nothing more to it than that.

Jungkook: Oh really? Then why were you smiling like that just now when she walked in?

Taehyung: I didn't

Jungkook: You did!! I saw it with my own two big eyes!! You can't hide anything from me, Taehyung!!

Just as Taehyung was about to say something , the intercom on his desk buzzed, stopping him in his tracks. He leaned forward.

Taehyung: Yes?

Receptionist: Sir, A lady has come to meet with you.

A lady? He questioned to himself.

Receptionist: Sir, Shall I send her up?

Taehyung: Yes, send her up to my office.

Saying the he put the phone down.

Taehyung: Someone has come to meet me.

Jungkook: okay then, I should go now.

jungkook went from there . As he left, the room fell silent. Taehyung leaned back in his chair, waiting for the visitor. He couldn't help but feel curious about who it could be.

After a moment

Knock..Knock..

Taehyung quickly composed himself and called out

Taehyung: Come in.

As the door opened, Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise at the sight of the girl stepping into his office.

The unexpected visitor was none other than his girlfriend, Seoyun..
