A/N I cant believe this story is all the way to 44 chapters not including the comic but this was supposed to be a short one I did for fun but no its a full blown series with all the tragedies in my original draft highfire, rainshot, and cascade never existed. but I have to make a few changes to the story so bulkhead is replaced with leadfoot and wheeljack for jaz. so if the personalities don't fit that's the reason.    

highfires pov:

Viper raised her leg bringing it down slashing across my chassis. I let out a grunt of plain and looked down, it was only a surface wound. ::no stop ill do what you want:: bee said struggling to free himself from the cons holding him. Instead one of the cons punched him in his abdomen making him gasp for air. They pushed him down to his knees forcing him to watch. "Again" megatron instructed to viper. She smirked down at me her glossa sliding across her top derma. She struck out again striking me in the gut and u felt the energon start to leak. ::NO:: bee yelled trying to get free but the cons were to strong. There was a devastated look in his optics one that pleaded for help. ::please don't:: he whimpered not struggling anymore. It gave me a new sense of strength, determination to fight for this to fight for bee. I pushed up as hard as I could sending viper backwards.

 I wiped around but I was yo late Megatron already had his arm mounted cannon to bees helm. "Back down or it will all be for nothing" megatron hissed though gritted teeth. I knew I couldn't let bee get hurt I would never forgive myself. I let my servers hang limp by my side and my helm hung low. ::no go ill be fine:: bee insisted but I knew I couldn't. "I'm sorry" I apologized before viper struck me in the leg making me kneel down. This continued for primus knows how long. My frame lay in shambles under the constant beating. We still didn't know what megatron wanted but he was making bee watch though it all. Megatron walked over to me as I was lying on the ground viper suspended over me by her long legs.

His voice got deep and cold filled with hatred. "Kill him" megatron growled. ::NO:: bee shouted hatred rolling off of him in thick waves. I looked over at him one last time and I saw it. His optics were a deep red angry with all of this. ::never:: he hissed before surging upwards.. Turning around punching one of the cons behind him. Megatron gained a satisfied look on his face and i knew what he wanted. He wanted bee to be angry he wanted this. Bee stood up tall his optics holding only hatred his cannon activated and was pointing directly at viper. Viper flinched and started getting nervous from where she hung over me. "L-lord" she stammered. Megatron stayed dead silent he wanted bee to kill her or try to. Vipers optics went wide and she acted on impulse putting one of her blades to my neck again.

"Viper" Megatron hissed making her look back to him. That gave bee just enough time to fire at her. The blast hit her in the center of her chassis sending her flying hitting the wall. She crumpled to the floor slowly looking up. "W-why Lord Megatron" she questioned a weak look in her optics. "Your to much of a threat to my empire" he hissed back. Vipers face twisted with anger and she jumped looking over me. Our optics locked and hers started to glow a bright crimson red. She grabbed my chassis with her services. I couldn't look away something was happening to me but what. I could feel my mind start to slip away. Then I felt angry my thoughts cruelly twisted till I couldn't tell if they were really something someone else was think or my own thoughts. No they were mine they were angry and hateful, sour and bitter. This was me.

Bumblebees pov:

I watched as viper stood over highfire I was frozen to the spot out of fear. My anger was gone all I am I worried for my friend, terrified. His optics went wide for a moment than slowly faded from a brilliant blue to a deep crimson red darker than any cons I had seen. They softened and again and an empty husk looked before he slowly stood up and viper let him. "Viper what did you do" megatron hissed at her taking a step forward. "only what was necessary for my survival" she growled back before springing at megatron catching him by surprise. Highfire did the same kicking him hard. ::highfire what are you doing:: I yelled as the two guarded behind me ran out to help megatron. He didn't respond but instead was thrown across the room by one of the guards as they pulled him off. I ran over looking over him. I placed my servor on his shoulder making him look at me. ::highfire come on we can escape if we go now:: I said trying to get him to move. "Who's highfire and why would I come with you" he hissed pushing me away.

::come on don't you remember me its bumblebee come on were best friends:: I said trying to get him to remember but it doesn't seem like it was working. "I serve queen viper and queen viper alone and I have no friends" he growled back and I could feel my spark breaking in two. I stepped back looking at my lost friend he didn't even know his name. ::come on remember please:: I begged. "there is nothing to remember" he growled back and suddenly shot up running out of the door following viper close behind. I made my decision there I ran after them dodging megatron as I ran.  I burst out the door looking for where they went. I spotted a trail of mangled guards i ran after them hearing the loud or sharp ped steps of them running. 

i finally caught up to them when we rounded a corner. we all skidded to a halt at the edge of a cliff over looking a melting pit. viper looked around wildly looking for a escape and so did i. we weren't fighting each other at the time we were both looking for a way out. she wipped around to face me. "you how do i get out of here" she hissed stiking a sharp digit in my face. ::dose it look like i know:: i replied back. leaning over the edge to look if there was a ledge below us or something. ::why don't you  just transform and fly off:: I yelled at her. highfire wouldn't be able to follow and would remain here with me. he seemed like he still had common sense to know we were in trouble. "yes queen viper fly us out of here" highfire stated. "I can't I don't have a cog" she yelled back.

::you don't have a t-cog:: I said pausing for a moment staring wide optics at her. "no I don't megatron took it and now I'm stuck here but right now we have more pressing matters to attend to" she hissed back and nodded at the unspoken truce. ::there it a ship:: i yelled pointing to a ship off in the distance. "how the frag are we going to get there" she growled. "they went this way" i heard a angry con yell from the way we came. ::we have to jump:: i yelled. highfire was the first to jump landing with a thud on the other side and rolling to a stop. "are you crazy ill never make it" she hissed backing away. ::it the jump or the cons you choose:: i yelled before springing to the edge as well. i landed close to the side slipping over the edge just barely hanging on. my peds hung over the smelting pit. ::no:: i said as i started to slip. i lost my grip and started falling when a sevor flashed down grabbing my arm. 

i looked up to see the cold red optics of highfire staring back down at me. he was hanging over the edge struggling to hold me. "come on" he said angrily to himself. i saw viper jump over landing fully on the edge rolling to a stop too. she grunted as she got up. "hurry we have to get out of here" she yelled to highfire. than she spoke those terrible words that would change our fate forever. "just drop him he means nothing to you"
