Steve and I were going to get ice cream. Our hands swinging back and forth as we walked. We having been going on a bunch of dates but we aren't official yet. At least I don't think we are. I want to be though. I know Steve's old fashion so I assume he wants to take things slow. We got to the ice cream parlor and sat down across from each other. "Hey Steve?" "Yes Kayla?" I sucked in a breath. "Are we uhm going steady?" I asked a blush coated my cheeks and the smile on his face grew. "Yes ma'am"

We ate our ice cream and left. During the walk home I shivered a bit and rubbed my arms up and down. "Are you cold?" Steve asked and I sheepishly nodded. He took off his leather jacket and slipped it over my shoulders. Its so warm. I smiled and held it close around me. His arm never left my shoulder though. We stopped outside of my apartment complex. "I'll see you tomorrow okay?" He said and I nodded "of course." His hands were on my waist and I pecked his lips quickly. "Goodnight Steve." His cheeks were pink. "Goodnight Kayla."
