The day had finally arrived—June twenty-first, their one-year anniversary, but also the night of Juniper's long-awaited first performance at Wembley Stadium for the Eras Tour.

The gravity of the event wasn't lost on her. It felt monumental, like everything had been building up to this. Wembley was legendary, and now she was part of that legacy.

The last few shows in the UK had almost felt like a fever dream to her. Opening for Taylor was something that young Juniper could only make up extravagant dreams about, but now? Now, it was reality. It was her reality.

But alongside that excitement was a small undercurrent of guilt.

Her one-year anniversary with Jack was today, and here she was, preparing for a massive show. She had apologised to him the night before, but he, ever the supportive boyfriend, reassured her. "It's perfect, June," he had said, his hands gently cupping her face. "It makes it all the more memorable. Trust me, I'm so proud of you. This is exactly where we're supposed to be."

His words helped calm her nerves, but as she stood backstage, listening to the roar of ninety-thousand fans filling the iconic stadium, the weight of it all hit her again. She was about to perform one of the biggest shows of her life on a day that should have been just about them. She inhaled deeply, centering herself, reminding herself that Jack wanted this as much as she did.

Meanwhile, Jack stood in the VIP tent with Jenna, Devyn, and Mason, his eyes constantly darting toward the stage as anticipation grew. Wembley wasn't just a big moment for Juniper; it was huge for him too. He was about to watch the woman he loved take over one of the most famous stages in the world. His heart swelled with pride.

In the tent, there were a few other celebrities milling about. Taylor's boyfriend, Travis Kelce, had struck up a conversation with Jack. Surprisingly, they clicked almost immediately. The banter flowed easily between them, jokes about football and Jack's next movie project, and before long, they were laughing together like old friends.

"Dude, you must be nervous for her, right?" Travis asked, leaning in as if sharing a secret.

Jack smirked, though his eyes flickered back toward the stage. "Nervous doesn't even cover it. But I know she's going to kill it."

And then, it was time.

The band took the stage first, and as soon as the audience recognized the setup, the cheers rose to an almost deafening level. Juniper stood backstage, heart racing, but feeling the adrenaline start to kick in. Her bandmates gave her quick nods, and she knew this was it. Time to step into her element.

As the door opened at the back of the stage, Juniper jogged through, her face lighting up as she waved to the sea of fans. The noise swelled, filling the entire stadium with energy.

There, in her glittering prime, the lights refract sequin stars off her silhouette. (wink wink)

From the VIP tent, Jack's eyes were glued to her, his heart pounding in rhythm with the crowd's cheers. She looked breathtaking, glowing with confidence, and in that moment, all his worries disappeared.

This was her moment.

The familiar beat of her song "Feather" began, and Juniper slipped effortlessly into performance mode. She hit every note, every choreographed move, her voice soaring across the stadium. The crowd was electric, and Jack, along with their friends, was dancing and singing along. He couldn't stop smiling, his eyes brimming with pride.
