When Jessica woke up, she realized that she had been moved from the king's chambers to her own. Aemond was nowhere to be found.

Jessica rose from the bed and stretched, deciding it would be a good idea to check in on Helaena.

Helaena was in her apartments. She was knelt down at one of the small tables watching the insectes in their tiny cages.

Jessica smiled and walked over to Helaena, kneeling down and joining her. "Your Grace."

Helaena looked over at her. "This one has stopped singing. Isn't that strange, Sister?"

Jessica reached over taking her hand and giving it a squeeze. "Very strange. I have some new I want to share. Helaena, Sister, I'm..."

Helaena suddenly looked over to Jessica. "What would you think about this world if this war wasn't going on?"

Jessica rested her chin on her hands watching the tiny little insectes move in their cages. "I think of all that we've been through. We'll survive what we get into. I know your tired of this war and bloodshed. Tell me, is this how we're supposed to live? The grip on the men's swords is enough said. Why should we take when we could give? You can show a person you trust them when you stop and lower your guard. Here we have a chance for adjustment to give it a try..."

Jessica smiled and shook her head. "This life is amazing when you greet it with open arms. Whatever we face, we'll be fine if we're leading from the heart. No matter the place, we can light up the world here's how to start. Greet the world with open arms. We greet the world with open arms."

Helaena looked over at her, a sad smile on her lips. "I'm glad you can still look at the world so brightly, especially with the family tearing you in every direction but your own."

Helaena reached over and placed her hand on Jessica's belly. "And as an early gift, Sweet Girl, you are carrying a little..."

She never got to finish as Alicent came into the rooms. "I thought the three of us would go to the Sept. Light a candle for Aegon...and all our lost souls."

Helaena and Jessica shared a look before rising and following Alicent to the carriage.

The Sept was near empty when the three queens arrived. The three of them settled in their usual area with Alicent between the two of the younger girls.

Jessica first lit a candle for Aegon. Praying for a speedy recovery and that his pain would not be long-suffering.

She loved him. As much as she tried to pushed those feelings down, she loved Aegon. And she could no more lose him than she could lose Aemond or Daemon.

Aegon brought the humanity to their relationship. Things came easily with Aegon. It was natural.

And quite possibly the father of this child.

Jessica sighed and then lit a candle for her father, folding her hands and began her prayer.

May the night, illuminate the night the way you spirit illuminates my soul.

Papa, can you hear me?
Papa, can you see me?
Papa, can you find me in the night?            Papa, are you near me?
Papa, can you hear me?
Papa, can you help me not be frightened?

Looking at the skies I seem to see a million eyes. Which ones are yours? Where are you now that yesterday has waved goodbye and closed its doors?

The night is so much darker. The wind is so much colder. The world is so much bigger now that I'm alone.

Papa, please forgive, try to understand me. Papa, don't you know I had no choice?        Can you hear me praying? Anything I'm saying? Even though the night is filled with voices.
