Soobin stopped going to work. Yoongi got worried and after calling him everyday for a week he finally went to his apartment. He banged on the door until someone opened up and it was Kangwoo.

"What the hell?" He cursed at him.

Yoongi scratched his head with an annoyed look.

"Where's. Soobin?"

"Why?"

"Where's. Soobin?" He asked again as he stared at him.

Kangwoo sucked his teeth. "Old man are you deaf?"

Yoongi kept staring at him, his face emotionless until his eyes drifted behind him and he saw Soobin.

"Yah! Soobin! Come here now!" Soobin slowly walked over to him. "I need to talk to you."

"You can talk to him right here."

"No. I wanna talk to you in private."

"I said right here." Kangwoo repeated.

Soobin smiled at Yoongi. "We can talk here hyung. I have nothing to hide."

"Why haven't you been coming to work?"

"I've just been a little under the weather. I should've called I'm sorry." He said.

"Yeah you should've." He put his hand on his forehead. "You're warm." He stared at him a little and noticed how dilated his eyes were. "...where's Yeonjun?"

"He moved out last week." Soobin said and rubbed his arm a little as he hugged himself. "It was his choice, he's staying with a friend now."

Yoongi continued to stare at him and then noticed the way he kept scratching at his arm.

"Soobin I don't want to fire you. Are you coming back to work or not?"

"He doesn't need to work." Kangwoo interjected as he put an arm around Soobin's waist. "I'm taking care of everything now. He doesn't need the job. Right Soobin?"

"Right." He gave a weak smile and then scratched his neck a little. His eyes lowered down to the floor.

Yoongi nodded. "I'm sad to see you go...if you ever change your mind you have my number. There's always a job for you if you want it."

"Thank you hyung." His voice trembled a little.

"Alright, we should head back inside." Kangwoo said and pulled him back a little. "Say bye."

"Goodbye hyung."

Before the door closed a tear slipped from Soobin's eye before he quickly wiped it. When the door shut Yoongi took out his phone and walked to his car.

"Hey Jin Hyung, it's me...no, everything is not okay. How soon can you get to Seoul?"

Jin put himself on the next train ride to Seoul and met with Yoongi at his bar, which he closed early so he could talk to Jin.

"What's going on?"

"It's Soobin."

"What? What happened to him!" He asked.

"It's that boyfriend, that Kangwoo guy. Something is wrong."

"Is he hurt? Say something!"

"Hyung he's alive but...no something is wrong. Yeonjun doesn't live there anymore."

"Wait what?" He exclaimed. "Do you think they had an argument?"

"That guy is clearly in love with him it's sickening. He's come into the bar a few times, the way he looks at him says enough to me. He wouldn't just up and leave if Soobin didn't tell him to."

"Yoongi tell me exactly what happened today."

They sat down together and Yoongi told him. "He was off, his eyes were super dilated and he seemed jittery, he kept scratching his arm...you aren't gonna like what I have to say." Yoongi said as he stared at him.

Jin stared back at him and waited.

"Kangwoo was abusive, verbally but now I think he's finally snapped. I think he's hitting him and I think...I think Kangwoo is making him take drugs. Keeping him high so he can't think straight and fight him."

Jin couldn't help but burst into tears from this. Yoongi stood up and poured himself a whiskey.

"It's not your fault." He says.

"Are you insane? Of course it is!" He yelled. "I should've done more, I should've checked in more I knew Kangwoo was a jerk but I didn't think he'd do this to him! What do we do? We have to call the police and–"

"The police?" He asked and then scoffed. "We're not going to the police."

Jin gave him a confused look as Yoongi passed his a napkin so he could wipe his face. "Why not? He needs help."

"He does, not police help. The process is too long, too many questions. I'm gonna take care of this myself."

Silence fell over the room and then a small sigh left Jin's lips. "Yoongi don't...there's–there's another way then resulting to this."

Yoongi took off his hoodie revealing his arms that were covered in tattoos. "I think you're just saying what you think is right. I need you to say what you want to say."

"I...I need your help."

"Then it's done." He grabbed his phone and keys. "Go to my place, wait there. I need to talk to Yeonjun."

"I'll talk to him." Jin said as he stood up. "I need to do something too."

"Fine, I'll text you his number. Tell him what you need to."

"Yoongi thank you."

"Don't thank me until we get him out of that place." And then he left.
