March!

A Little Help from Old Friends

Here ya go guys! This is what you've been waiting for!
Inferno shifted out of a dragon, into a human. He played with March's hair, since her curls are shaped like large scary drills.
"Hey Inferno." March said.
"What, whaaaaaat." He mumbled, mesmerized by the hair.
"Am I the only one who notices that everyone thinks that we like each other?" March asked.
"Yeah, I like you. So what?" Inferno stopped playing with her hair.
"Not like that, idiot. I mean 'like like'." March made quotation marks with her hands.
"I don't think of you like that. Your my owner. I think of you as the person I who gives me food." He laid his head on her shoulder.
"I think of you as more of my partner in crime. More like you're there for me, but not romantically." March continued.
"Plus if I'd date any month, it wouldn't be you." Inferno sat his head on top of March's.
"WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN!?" March took his arms and flipped him on the ground.
"Ha ha. Sorry." He rolled his eyes and stood back up.
"As punishment, you must carry me on your shoulders." March tugged on his hair.
"Sure, hop on. You only weigh like an ounce." Inferno squatted down.
March hopped on his shoulders. Inferno stood up and grabbed her ankles. She wrapped her arms around his neck.
"ONWARDS!" March screamed. She grabbed his hair in both hands and steered him forward.
"HEY! I'll carry you, but no hair pulling!" He snapped.

"Yay, we're here!" March grinned as they arrived at Shire Kingdom.
"Do you want me to still carry you?" Inferno mumbled because he was eating a pretzel.
"YES. YOUR PUNISHMENT IS NOT YET FULFILLED!" She yelled. "NOW GO!"
"What brings you to our humble kingdom?" The Princess strutted up to them.
"Just some sight-seeing." Inferno smiled. Even though he was a weirdo, he somewhat had manners.
"Very well. Go on!" The Princess curtsied.
Inferno and March walked on.
"Ooh, so you're nice and courteous toward a princess, but noooo not with your owner..." March growled and whacked Inferno in the back of his head.
"Well, there's a difference between you and princesses." He shrugged.
"And what would that be?" March snapped.
"The princesses are pretty."
"YOUR PUNISHMENT LASTS A MONTH!" March yelled and steered him around by his hair.
Inferno's eyes turned to slits.
He's doing it again. The key is somewhere here. March thought.
He got on all fours and galloped.
"UWAAH!" March yelped, holding on for dear life.
Inferno ran until he got to the edge of town. There stood three mysterious figures in long robes. They held a silver key with pink gems, and in it was carved February.
"HEY! GIVE US THAT KEY!" Inferno yelled, back to normal.
"Go, go, go!!" On of the cloaked thieves yelled to their colleagues. The voice sounded like a girl's.
The cloaked trio dashed away.
"Hold on tight." Inferno told March as he stood up.
He began to glow gold. He stayed regular Inferno except he popped some dragon wings on his back. Inferno cradled March in his arms and flew after the three. In less than a second, he was a hair behind them. Inferno took March in one arm, and in the other her grabbed one of the cloaks.
"OH NO!" One of the cloaked figures screamed as they saw their friend get caught.
Inferno pulled back the hood on the person's face to see...
"EMERY!?" March and Inferno gasped in unison.
"The one and only." Emery snapped as she slapped Inferno's hand off her.
"What the heck are you doing!?" March asked.
Cat and Lilan pulled their hoods off their heads. Cat looked at March riding on Inferno's shoulders.
"Some couple is getting serious!" Cat fangirled with Lilan.
"YOUR PUNISHMENT IS DISMISSED!" March blushed and plopped off of Inferno.
"But what are you doing, literally?" Inferno asked.
"February went missing! And we found this key with her name on it, so we're going to find her! We just don't know where to go..." Lilan sighed.
"Then come with us!" March grinned. "We know what we're doing because there's a series of letters connected to each key, telling us how to find them! The guy who took them is apparently named Myz, so we know whoo we're looking for."
"Can we really come with you!?" Cat's eyes sparkled. "YAY!"
"Well, let's go." Inferno's wings glowed then disappeared.
"But could you please explain what you were doing on his back?" Emery started fangirl giggling with Cat and Lilan.
"WE. ARE. NOT. DATING!" March and Inferno screamed.
"Okay, okay, okay. But if you go out, you're gonna get it." Lilan warned.
"Why would I go out with her? She's to as pretty as a princess." Inferno grinned evily.
"PUNISHMENT TIME! PIGGY BACK RIDE COMMENCEMENT!" March screamed like a crazy person.
