March!

Unwrapping Memories

"What's the November soul key say?" Satou asked.
March gently tugged the letter off.
"Hmmm, let's see...
Sup suuuup?
Next you'll take a turn into the next forest you approach. In that forest, if you just keep going straight. You'll all see seven doors with your names on one. Each of you will enter the room to a bunch of presents!! But only one of them will have a half of the key inside. When you all each finally found one key half in one of the boxes, just go back out outside and put the pieces all together. And bang,nouveau got the December soul key!!

"Hmmmm. Sounds a little weird." Lilan frowned.
"That doesn't matter. This is our last key!! We're one step away from finding Myz!!" Inferno exclaimed.
"Oh yeah... I didn't think about that! C'mon, let's do this fast and let's do this smoothly!" Emery started running and waved her hand, signaling the others to follow.
Everyone started running with her. When they stumbled upon the next forest the turned into it. They power walked straight forward. Not before long, seven stood. One rainbow door had Cat on it.
"Until we see each other again, toodles!!" Cat opened the door, waved goodbye, then slammed it.
Amy had a whitish blue door with snow flakes scattered around it. "Bye!" She smiled and skipped inside.
One red door with lines of orange and yellow had Inferno on it.
"Sayonara, suckas." Inferno swung open the door and left.
And orange door with little clovers dotted around had March on it. March said nothing and just walked in.
A door with blue and black clouds was Emery's.
"See you later." Emery stuck made a peace sign and walked away.
A door with purple and pink dots was Satou's. He just nodded goodbye to Lilan and hopped away.
Lilan's door had had an ocean scene with fish swimming around on it.
"I guess it's my turn to go." Lilan pushed open her door, revealing a bright light.
Lilan POV
I opened the door to see a strange sight... Not like strange was new to me. I've seen Cat sleep and that is still by far, my weirdest. The long, narrow, and what looked to a never ending hallway was completely underwater. And I just noticed I was in my mermaid mode. Huh? When did that happen? Ugh, it doesn't matter, just keep swimming. In front of me was biggest pile of presents ever.
"Holy crap, how am I s'pposed to find the key out of this mess..?" I muttered, frustrated to myself.
But I'm going to do anything, I should at least get started. I thought, swimming to the top and grabbing a box. I ripped away some wrapping paper but suddenly my eyes played a memory. I had a vision of the first time I went to school. I met Cat and Emery. I can't believe back then, me and Emery were so gullible that we thought Cat was so cool. She come to school once in a while wearing a hoodie and a grill and sunglasses. We practically praised her. But when she did it again in 8th grade as a joke, she looked so dumb that me and Emery punched her in the face. The memory ended and my vision went back to normal. Whoa, what was that..? Did I just... see a past memory?
I opened more boxes, revealing more memories like when I got my old pet giant seahorse, Shea or when I attended my first ball as princess. It all showed up. I opened another box out of countless others. I readied myself to see another memory but nothing played. Hmm? I looked into the box to she a piece of the December soul key.
"Oh! I finally found it! That was actually pretty fun." I said to myself as I swam to the door. When I opened it, my tail immediately disappeared. I closed the door holding the key.
Satou POV
When I entered through my door and closed it, I was in a beautiful scene of pink clouds. I was floating all the sudden. There was an unbelievable pile of presents. I guess it makes the most sense to start at the top. I thought to myself as I floated to the top. I picked up the box. When I opened it my eyes were shrouded in a video all the sudden. I saw Emery. Ah, she's so cute. She was the first memory I had, now that I think about it. Are all of these all memories? Ugh, it's going to take too long finding my half of the key. I opened more boxes finding memories like going to the restaurant and flying into a wall. I opened another box and there wasn't a memory. It was a key half.
"Aw, I was kinda hoping to see more Emery. ( Ew ya perv, get a life. Emery: I agree.)" I sighed.
I floated back to the door and exited the pink clouds.
Emery POV
When I opened the door I was in a forest with tall grass. This looks like a Pokémon game. Hmmmmmmm... I saw a gigantic heap of gifts in front of me. Wow, present jackpot!! I wonder what gists I got!! I scuttled excitedly towards the pile. I unwrapped a box. I looked inside, waiting to find a present, but there was nothing. Out of the blue, a video played in my eyes. What the-!? It was my past. There was the time I was injected with the toxin a couple of years ago. I remember being in total agony for a few days. But then I discovered my powers. I ran away from home and practiced my new abilities in secret solitude. When I learned how to make my ears and tail to come and go, a rich couple took me home and enrolled me in that expensive private school I go to now. My parents don't even know that I'm a shiny umbreon, and don't even know that I still have a real family trying to find me. For all I know, they could be dead. But I'm happier this way. When the video stopped playing, I noticed that my eyes were gushing with tears. But I was smiling. I felt happy knowing that I have people who care about me. And I felt sad knowing that I have I family that I left behind. I wiped away my tears but continued with my grin. I opened another box. Instead, a more distant memory played. It was when I was little and before I had powers. It was whenever I opened up and talked to Cat and Lilan. Cat would always pretend she was so cool and I would believe her. My memory was when we did a class project together about fun things that you could do each month. Now that I know the months personally, I noticed how off we were with that project. I opened more memories finding ones like my first dance and when I got a parakeet. I opened another box but to my surprise it was my key half.
"It's over already? I actually kinda enjoyed this." I walked back to my door.
I looked back at all of the memories I opened and smirked. Then I swung the door open and left.
March POV
I walked in the door and was quite surprised. I was in the Elemental Sanctuary. But I could tell by the aura of the room that it was just a look-alike. I looked down and noticed I was in my goddess month mode. And that means I was in a green, white, and orange gown with a slit where my leg was showing and my emerald sword at my side. I had a green feather piece in my hair. I didn't go into this mode since the Battle at Gyasta. My month mode means when I'm totally goddess and all power. But I'm usually in my casual mode which mean I look like a normal person. I looked up to see a staggering stack of presents.
"Hmm. Weird. I guess my key half is in here though so I'd better work quickly." I mumbled to myself.
I leaped to the top of the stack landing perfectly (thanks magic!! If it wasn't for you, I'd be the clumsy idiot I am and fell!!) and taking the first box. I opened it and to my surprise and memory played. It was when I was just made into existence. When I was 'born' into the calendar my parents Winter and Spring gave me Inferno.
I just need to explain this quickly!! You know how sometimes when ever months are like 'it starts out with like spring but some day in the month, the season changes into summer'? Well, how that works with the March is that both Winter and Spring thought up March so like they're both technically her mother. It's not like they married because that's not how months work, it's just that if both seasons make up a month then they're both the makers. Just a quick explanation!
We were both just born. Me and my moms were just playing with Inferno until I accidentally sneezed on him and he turned into a human child like me. He wagged his head and turned back into a dragon. My moms were literally so confused. I accidentally turned Inferno into a dragon/human hybrid with a sneeze. He and I would play as pet and owner or as friends. We were inseparable. The memory stopped playing. Wow, okay. That was weird. I opened more memories. There was the time I met my little sister April or the time when my older sister, January scolded me for making the entire floor in the Elemental Sanctuary into clovers. I opened more and more. Then I opened one and found the key. Humph. What an easy day. I hopped off the pike of presents. My dress swayed. I opened the door and left in silence.
Inferno POV
When I entered through the door, I showed up in a cave with fire and lava seeping around me. Oh look, it's home!! I was in my dragon/human mode when I had my wings and tail. The sharp fangs probably looked awesome. I saw a humongous pile of neatly wrapped presents. I flew to the top excitedly to opened one. I used my claws to shred the wrapping paper to pieces. When I opened it up, a memory played in my eyes. My mother is a ember dragon that belonged to Summer/also known as Flame. But when my mom had me, Summer decided to give me to her sisters, Winter/or Ice and Spring/or Mother Earth. Winter and Spring gave me to their new daughter March. March was adorable when she was little, but as she grew up she's now super cool and hot. But sometimes, I'll admit, she's the biggest bitch in the universe. My memory stopped. Are these all memories!? Wow, what others are there! I opened another box and now a new memory played. This one was the first time March learned to ride me. That was about a billion or something years ago but months age SUPER slowly back then so now she's just 18 like me. She made me age super slowly to when she sneezed on me. Screw her. But now that we're older we age annually like humans. Yay. But anyways, when she first learned to ride me, she was a natural. We soared above the clouds for what seemed like forever. March sat back and lounged after a while though to admire my wings. But accidentally hit me in a pressure point while she was getting comfy. When she hit me, I immediately snapped into my human form and we fell. March tried to blast herself with magic to make her fly but we were falling so fast that each blast missed her. I wanted to help so I discovered my human/dragon form and flew us down to safety. March thanked me and apologized repeatedly on how stupid she is. That was probably the last time she apologized to me though lol. The memory stopped and I opened countless others. Now that I see it, all of my memories had March there. I guess we did everything together. I started to feel warm inside like somebody cared for me. I started grinning like crazy. I opened another box to find a key half although I didn't really care. I was just thinking about how much fun I have with March. I usually act all cool and like its nothing but I think we both really appreciate each other's company. I flew down quietly to the door still with my ridiculous grin.
"Ah, I guess I really have fallen for her." He sighed happily and opened the door.
Amy POV
I opened my door to see beautiful water and gentle snow glimmering around me.
"AH, I FEEL ALIVE!!" I sighed happily. "Just like back when I was the powerful ice sprite I was."
I looked down to notice I WAS alive. What!? I had on my sparkling blue and white gown with a shimmering snowflake crown on my head. Oh, it's probably just at this moment. It's all just an illusion I bet. But I really did feel alive. I spread out my silver wings and flew up to a stack of gifts. Huh? I picked up a present. I cautiously unwrapped it and my eyes were blanketed in a memory. I saw me in the glittering snowy forest with white wolves and deer. It was beautiful. This memory was the first time I controlled the water to turn to ice. I whipped my hand around and the water changed to a beautiful swan ice sculpture. The memory stopped. How come I don't remember that? I tried to think back on what happened during my life. I can't remember anything!! I have to watch all of these!! I opened box after box, memory after memory. I saw more things of my life and past. When I got to the last box I found the key. Wow. That was great. But... Shouldn't one be of my death? I was confused. But I guess ur didn't matter, I wouldn't want to see that anyways. But I just felt so alive. I felt like I was never even in After. I flew back down to the door. I knew that this would end when I left. A cold tear dripped from my eye but I smiled sadly.
"I might not be alive but at least I remember." And I left.
Cat POV (Warning: Cat's memories will be weird and funny.)
I closed the door behind me after I walked in. I was in space except... There were rainbows!! I was in my Nyan mode when my eyes and the tips of my hair would flash rainbow colors and I was in the cutest multicolored princess dress ever. In front of me were a biggillion presents!! (Really Cat. A biggillion. Classy.)
"WOW!! Imma get me some outfits!!" I pumped my fist.
I waddled towards them with a little trail of rainbow waving behind me as I walked. I jumped to the top and picked up the first present. I hummed The Campfire Song Song as I unwrapped. Then a memory played in front of my eyes. It was a memory of when I scared my maid to death when I was little when I wore the robe of a grim reaper, had on a skull mask, and chased her around with a chainsaw. I accidentally cut through things like precious heirlooms and crap like that. I nearly killed the maid until a carpet got stuck in my chainsaw and it stopped working. And I wasn't allowed to leave my bedroom fir the month. The maid made me eat those gross crumpet things everyday instead of dessert for that month. The memory ended.
"Wow! That was awesome! I was the coolest little kid." I sighed happily.
I unwrapped more memories such as the time I stole every single Nyan's wallet in Nyana then ran away from the town with them. And another was the time me and the Sucre burned down a bank and stole at least $100,000,000 worth of gold and gems. Ah, the good old days. I opened another box to see a key half.
"Cool! Well I guess my work here us done!" I hopped off of the presents and danced my way to the door.
"Goodbye, memories and I'll gave plenty more strange or fun ones coming up soon!"
....
Everyone was done in their doors. Except... Something strange happened.
"AMY, ARE YOU... ALIVE!?" Everyone screamed.
"Well, no, duh." Amy rolled her eyes.
"N-No! Really just look!" Cat stammered and used her magic to pop up a full body mirror.
Amy inspected herself and her eyes widened. "I'M ALIVE!? HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!?"
March made glasses appear on her face. "I KNOW EXACTLY HOW!!"
Everyone stared at March in utter confusion.
"ANY WASN'T A GHOST!! SHE WAS A MEMORYLESS SHELL OF HERSELF!!" March announced.
"Whaaaaaa-?" Everyone tilted their heads.
''You see, Amy lost her memories some how a long time ago. And she said she became powerless and died... But that's not the case! She lost her memories which made her forget how to use her magic! So she was 'dead' aka she was empty! When she went to After, thinking she was dead, she accidentally used her ice. Hence, that was the one memory she remembered. And in those doors, each by holder all of our separate memories! So when she remembered everything, she regained her form as an ice sprite!!" March explained.
"Whoa. How the crap do you know that." Emery had a completely blank face.
"I learned it!" March puffed up her chest proudly.
"I'm not even going to ask where and when." Inferno just shook his head.
Lilan, Cat, and Emery were and giggling and squealing around Amy.
"AMY THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!" Emery squeaked.
"YOU LOOK SO PRETTY IN THAT DRESS!" Lilan gushed.
"I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU, I COULD BARF!!" Emery giggled.
Amy had a really uncomfortable look on her face.
Satou, March, and Inferno had their heads in their hands.
''March, thank you for not being like those idiots." Satou sighed.
"My pleasure." March shook her head at them.
