a fail isn't a fail
it's a first attempt at learning
you can grow and build from it
you can make it something wonderful
but the disappointment that accompanies it
that's the real devil of failure
they don't teach us how to overcome that
the nagging feeling of guilt
the fear that we missed out
that there was an opportunity left untaken
a chance that could've changed fate's path
changed the course of life itself
they don't teach us what to do then
how to deal with the pain
the suffering
the ever closing-in mask of disappointment
but all that we truly need
is to take a deep breath
to breathe in for four
one

and breathe out for four
one
two
three
four
because there is always a point
in disappointment
and that point is to grow.
