Aidans first steps

"Come on buddy walk to dada" Tim coos kneeling down abit away from Aidan trying to get him to walk, Lucy was behind Aidan giving him support.
"Fuck." He replies.

"Tim I hate you. I hope you know that." Lucy chuckles from behind Aidan, because since his first word was fuck he's never stopped saying it.
"Well I think this kid hates me still." Tim replies.
"Tim come on your being dramatic, course he doesn't hate you." Lucy laughs lifting Aidan back to his feet to walk again.

"Yeah right." Tim sighs and smiles at Aidan with his arms out.
"come on buddy walk to dada" he smiles.
"No." Aidan replies stubbornly and sits down in front of Lucy.
"You were saying?" Tim asks raising a brow.

"let's just try something else yeah? Look get Aidan to walk to me" Lucy says picking Aidan up on her hip and giving him to Tim.

Tim sighs and stands Aidan up on his feet and supports him by holding under his arms.
"Come on baby, walk to mommy" Lucy coos sticking her tongue out.

Aidan immediately laughs and falls on his bottom.
"Whoops it's okay" Tim says softly lifting him back on his feet.
"Mama" he points and Lucy smiles
"Yes, mama. Who's that?" Lucy coos pointing at Tim.

"Fuck." He smiles and drooled all over himself.
"I just want him to forget that word!" Tim snaps.
"You should learn how to refrain your self from swearing in front of the kids Tim." Lucy sighs and Tim rolls his eyes.
"It slipped out okay?" Tim sighs.
"And clearly it had consequences" she looks at him.

"But what are we meant to say to everyone.? Oh yeah his first work is the F word" he sighs.
"Yeah. And that it's your fault." Lucy says and Aidan giggles.

"Fault!" He claps and points at Tim.
"Yes baby it's daddy's fault." Lucy smirks looking at Tim who was now glaring at Lucy.

"yes" he claps and tim shakes his head and lifts him back up and gets him to walk to Lucy.
"Go on walk to mama" Tim coos and Aidan takes one unsteady step, Tim quickly grabs him to support him.

"nearly buddy" Tim says softly and he looks up at his dad and smiles, he tries again and falls.
"oh no sweetie, it's okay try again" Lucy coos from the side.

Tim once again picks Aidan back onto his feet and Aidan starts to walk after a few attempts.
"yes!! Go on buddy!" Tim cheers following him ghosting his hands behind him incase he falls.

"Bababa" Aidan babbles walking unsteadily into Lucy's legs
"YESS!! WELL DONE BABY!" Lucy cheers picking Aidan up and throwing him in the air and catching him, Aidan giggles.
Lucy now looks at Tim with watery eyes less than a second later "where's our little baby gone. He can talk. He can walk..the time is flying" Lucy sighs.

"I know. He's growing too quick" he replies bringing both Lucy and Aidan into a hug.
"Fuck off." Aidan babbles looking at Tim, Tim frowns.

"Oi no Aidan. Be nice. Say sorry to dada you've made him sad." Lucy frowns.
"No." He replies.
"this kid is going to be hard work when he's in his terrible twos." Lucy grumbles.

"I am so glad the twins are not hard work." Tim chuckles shaking his head.
"I wonder what their first words were? And how their first steps went" Lucy says.

"Ashley probably didn't even acknowledge it. I hate how I've missed their milestones" Tim says feeling a sense of guilt.
"Hey. Tim, don't feel guilty it was not your fault that you didn't know they even existed, it was hers. And look you get to watch them grow up now. And you get to see aidans Mile stones" Lucy says softly.

"Yeah I suppose. Let's get Aidan to walk one more time before going to pick up the twins" Tim smiles.
