Chapter 5

Bethany's Pov

I woke up at 8 am in the morning and Kenneth wasn't there. He's probably downstairs. I checked my social medias to see if I have any notifications then I head into the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. After that, I took my laptop and phone with me downstairs to watch some youtube videos while having breakfast.

I saw Chloe and Kenneth watching tv and they immediately turned to me.

"Good morning, Bethany! Kenneth was just waiting for you to wake up so you could have breakfast together." Chloe said.

"Yeah I just woke up and I really wanna go back to sleep but I'm hungry so I think it would be really nice to wait and eat breakfast with you." Kenneth said. I just smiled because it was really kind of him to wait and eat breakfast with me.

"Yeah well I'll leave you two here. I'll be right upstairs. Oh and Ricky is coming over in a few minutes just to let you guys know. And he's also gonna sleep over. Is that okay with you guys?" She asked.

"Yep. Totally fine." Kenneth said.

"Yeah it's cool." I said.

"Great well I'll go upstairs now. Don't forget to feed the dog, Kenny." Chloe said.

"For monkey's sake, Chloe. Let it go. It was 2 months ago." Kenneth said.

Chloe just laughed and ran upstairs to her room.

"What happened 2 months ago?" I asked.

"Oh well I forgot to feed our dog and he almost passed out so we took him to the vet. Thankfully he's better know. I got grounded for 1 week so I couldn't watch any movies. But I can be on my phone." He said.

"Wow. You got grounded for 1 week just because you forgot to feed the dog? How sad." I said, smirking.

"Yeah well let's just say that Mom is pretty strict." He said.

We're having waffles and some fruits for breakfast. So I placed my laptop to the table and ate my breakfast. I decided to watch Cameron Dallas's videos.

"You watch Cameron Dallas, too?" He asked.

"Yes oh my god I love him. He's like the best."

"Me too! I watch him sometimes. But most of the time, I watch Alex's vid- I mean some dancing videos." He said. But that 'some dancing videos' are 'Alex's videos'.

"Oh that's cool!" I said then we heard a knock from the door.

"It's probably Ricky. I'll get it." Kenneth said.

"Um no no no Kenneth I'll get it." Chloe said running downstairs. Kenneth just rolled his eyes and continued eating breakfast. We just ignored the fact that Chloe and Ricky were making out because are they for real? Can they not?

"Okay you two! Please get a room! We're trying to eat here and you're making me puke." I said and they just laughed and made their way upstairs.

"Grown-ups these days.." Kenneth said, laughing and shaking his head.

After I'm done eating breakfast, I put the dishes on the sink. Kenneth went outside to feed their dog and I just made my way to the living room and watched a couple of youtube videos. I got bored after I watched Cameron's videos so I decided to watch Netflix with Kenneth.

"Oyyy. What do you want to watch?" I asked. Kenneth just shrugged.

"I don't know. I don't watch movies or tv shows except The Walking Dead. But I love Marvel." He said.

"Wow. Do you even have life?" He just shrugged.

I rolled my eyes and glanced at him then started looking for some movies.
