~ ten ~

I woke up again this morning with the worst morning sickness.

I spent the first hour of my day huddled up on the bathroom floor.

I had snuck out of bed so quietly that I didn't wake less up either.

Some time between throwing up and laying on the floor, I ended up falling asleep.

"Baby? Oh, livvy." Less cooed as she stroked my cheeks.

I hum in exhaustion, my whole body aching.

"Baby, let's get you to the bed. I'm sorry." Less says, picking me up and walking me to the bed. "You have a lay in, I'll get everything packed and the girls ready."

"Lessi?" I mumble

"Yes, love?"

"Cuddle." I whisper, and she nods, lying down next to me. I wrap my arms around her, resting my head on her chest.

"I love you so much, livvy. Thank you for carrying our baby. Thank you for making me a mummy again."

"I love you too, lessi."

We got on the plane to go back to England.

We purposely kept Maisie and Lottie awake so they would fall asleep later on the journey so we get them back to the English time zone.

I had been sick most of the way back.

Most of the girls were asking what was wrong since I'd been sick on the way there and back but I lied and said it was motion sickness.

They seemed to believe it as it seemed like a genuine excuse.

Less stayed by my side the entire time, rubbing my back gently and holding my hair back.

I fell asleep not long after, staying asleep for most of the journey home.

I woke up to less kissing my cheek gently.

"Livvy. We've landed."

I hummed before rubbing my eyes.

I focused my eyes before looking at the girls fast asleep in their car seats.

"I've got the girls. You go inside." Less pressed a kiss to my head as I nodded.

We got the girls into their cots before finally laying down to sleep.
