Chapter 12: A knights vow

•following the devastating story of his fathers death m/n went home for the night however he failed to sleep, all he could do was think on everything that had happened in such a short period of time, Azamuku disappearing, learning of his fathers death and now knowing he needs to go find a knight for more information. It was all to much for m/n to handle, as such all he could do was stay awake, staring at his celling all night replaying the events over and over, by the early morning hours he knew what he needed to do. And so even with a heavy heart he prepared to travel to the abandoned castle as he said he would to lycaon.•

•on the other side of things there had been rumours of disappearances at the abandoned castle, many teenagers would go there to "challenge" themselves, that and they wished to know if the legendary knight was true or just a rumour. It was all harmless fun for a while however things changed when people did start to go missing, as such the C.I.S.R was sent out to investigate. The team of now four made there way through the dark forest early in the morning, captain rivera led the team as zhu yuan, qingyi and seth followed from behind•

Seth: urgh this place is so dirty....

Zhu yuan: calm down seth this is important, we need to at least start an investigation as to why so many people have gone missing.

Qingyi: do you think it's that knight that people call a boogeyman?

Seth: the boogeyman knight of new eridu? Sounds spooky *finger wiggle*

Captain rivera: we're almost there, focus up.

Seth: yes sir......(he seems a bit off today? He also kinda feels different?)

•the four eventually made there way to the castle and found an opening off to the side, getting inside it was obvious that the place had been left to rot for centuries, graffiti everywhere, rubble and holes in the walls, floor and celling, most of all there were skeletons everywhere.•

•moving forward they entered different rooms and scanned the area to try and find any clues about the disappearance of the children or to see if any hollow energy was left over from a possible attack, as they moved deeper into the castle the air around them got darker and creepier•

•unsure on if they had found enough zhu yuan spoke up•

Zhu yuan: captain? We havent found anything so far. Maybe it would be best if we left it here for the day....

Captain rivera:.......we will leave soon, there's still a few more rooms up ahead to check.

•nodding to his answer the four approach a large door, the hinges and handles rusted to the point where they had to push it to open it. As they walked through the bad feelings they had experienced had reached an all time high, it felt like eyes were staring them down, like they were someones prey in a horror movie•

•suddenly the doors they entered through slammed shut with a loud•

*THUD*

•looking back to it zhu yuan, qingyi and seth pulled out their weapons and huddled together unsure and worried about the situation, putting their faith in captain rivera was the option running through zhu yuan's head as she looked towards him•

Zhu yuan: c-captain! What should we do!

Captain rivera: *looks at then blankly* you know.....when i was first taken into the C.I.S.R so quickly after infiltration i thought to myself, "it couldn't be this easy, right?" But you all proved me so very, very wrong. Gaining your trust was the easy part!
