The Cunning Copycat

Side story: A christmas celebration

•Christmas day had soon approached the city of New Eridu, the time of year chilly and cold as the bitter wind nipped at the tips of your nose and curves of your ear, snow dropped down all around and covered the city streets in a blanket of white frosty cold•

•the shops were closed for the holidays but life for public security and government officials had kept it's course, not once ceasing their  incredible devotion to protecting the city in its times of need, especially when such shopping chaos erupts around them, black Friday deals and last minute christmas shopping•

•For M/n it was a much, much different story, he was sitting in the middle of his apartment with Kishi sitting close by, the floor ahead of them covered in gifts and bags, they weren't quite celebrating christmas at the apartment, instead they were heading off to belobog industries•

•M/n had specifically asked Koleda if he could throw a party for some of his friends and hers alike in one of the massive break rooms they had, since most of the staff was off for the holiday's she agreed, and so of course M/n bought gifts galore•

•He had invited all his friends, from the outer ring to pubsec, from Victoria house keeping to section 6, Belle and Wise were to bring the movies and everyone was getting gifts for eachother, Zhu Yuan and the public security squad even made time to take off and come visit•

•even Azamuku said he would take the time out to have a quick visit over to the party, and so with happiness and joy filling their hearts, Kishi and M/n hauled the mass bags of gifts and began to leave the apartment, careful not to wake the neighbours early•

•the streets were cold yet filled with holiday cheer, rings of fake branches littered around and hung among the many lamp posts throughout the city, snow covered the floors, each step making a small yet noticeable crunching sound as M/n and Kishi began to make their way to Belobog•

•windows of stores were filled with toys and presents galore, from massive stuffed bears to toy robots which moved when batteries were inside. Make up and game stations, stuffed animals and designer clothes, it all was visible as the two walked throught the quiet and early streets of New Eridu•

•soon enough Kishi had gotten a message from Grace to tell us that most of the guests had already arrived and they were just waiting for us and the public security crew to show up, Kishi quickly texted back that we were already on our way and to not wait•

•quickening their pace they began to trudge through the thick snow, carrying a bunch of presents it was fairly difficult for the two to make it, but with determination in their eyes they hurried their pace, a pep in their step as over the horizon, belobog industries came into view•

Kishi: Hurry M/n! Our allies and friends await our arrival!

M/n: *chuckle* yes yes in going as fast as possible Kishi, its not easy running with all these gifts!

Kishi: no matter......we shall push forward!

M/n: haha! Sure thing, come on were almost there, keep up!

•the two continued to rush forward, the presents in their arms and tucked under their arm pits shaking with each step they took, but before they could make it there, a loud beep shook them out of their sprint, looking over they saw a van heading towards them, then stopping•
