Chapter 26: true Repairs and complete Recognition

•One month has now passed since the showdown in Lumina Square, the aftermath of the battle was immediate, ambulances, public security and even H.A.N.D began the efforts to save as many citizens as possible from the damage caused•

•the city centre was in ruins, the smell of smoke blew over the sense of anyone near by and the light the explosions created flooded the vision of officers and firefighters alike as they attempted to control the situation•

•many lives were lost during the chaos, the effects the appearance that not only the black mask's had, but also Mecha M/n was clear, fear ran cold through the veins of many civilians as they had to come to terms with the fact their homes were gone and that a new threat was looming over the horizon•

•hospitals we're filled with hundreds of severely injured patients, lost limbs, lose Schrapnell, blinded eyes, severe burns. All of them flooded the rooms around them. Yet in a separate room, far away from the chaos laid the unconscious form of M/n Okkotsu•

•he had pushed himself to the brink to fight his mechanical counterpart, using the six eyes beyond his limit caused major damaged to his retina which he wouldn't be able to heal with reverse energy as he completely ran out of energy by the end of the fight•

•bandages adorned his torso and arms as tubes connected to his body to help him breath properly, it was clear that he was in terrible shape, that he wouldn't be able to move for a while•

•however, despite the near silence of the room, four figures lingered, spread out in the cold emptiness which accompanied them. Kishi, Lycaon, Anton and Zhu Yuan stayed silent for while. The only sound was the slow beeping of the heart monitor•

Anton:......is he doing any better......?

Kishi:.....his wounds have been healing, but without reverse energy it's taking time......

Anton: i see.......im sorry.....about Koleda......

Lycaon: it's fine mr Anton, we understand how difficult this whole situation must have been for her......

•Koleda Belobog was a Complete mess, she had by far been the most severely injured of everyone who fought Mecha M/n pushing her body to the limit to try and avenge her sister, Grace•

•Grace herself had only woken up recently, but she was clearly affected by what happened, on the night of the attack of Belobog Heavy Industries she was the first to fall, a strong blow to her head had knocked her unconscious immediately, her head was cracked open but luckily there was no lasting damage•

•neither she nor Koleda had been to visit M/n since he was admitted to the hospital, which was understandable, Koleda saw who she believed was m/n almost kill her sister, and Grace was probably somewhat traumatised by it•

•that was why Anton was here in place of either one, in case Koleda got angry once more or if Grace felt uncomfortable, Ben was taking care of most things back at Belobog•

Lycaon: how's the investigation into the black masks going?

•Lycaon directs his Question over to Zhu Yuan, who promptly snapped out of her daze, she couldn't help but seem distracted regarding the battle, she had never seen M/n so injured, so weak, so vulnerable and to be honest? It scared her, her heart was racing when M/n went to confront Mecha M/n, she wanted to help in anyway she could and yet, she wasn't able too•
