I'm not just a girl,
not the "normal" type of girl, anyway
I tend to enjoy little things
some may laugh about the simplicity of the term and what it means
But for me, the simplest details are the ones not everyone sees:
the sound of the rain hitting the trees
the quiet silence at night when the world falls asleep
the sunflowers turning around to face the sun and give him a kiss
I'm not just a girl
the song that plays for the first time in years to make my heart skip a beat
the not so hot, not so cold coffee in the morning breeze
the looks that speak without the need of a speech

no el tipo "normal" de chica, en todo caso
Tiendo a disfrutar de las cosas simples
algunos seguramente se reirán ante la sencillez del término y su significado
para mí, los detalles simples son aquellos que no todo el mundo ve:
el sonido de la lluvia golpeando los árboles
el silencio de la noche cuando todo el mundo duerme
los girasoles dando la vuelta sobre sí mismos para buscar el sol y darle un beso

la canción que suena por primera vez en años y provoca que el corazón se salte un latido
el café, ni muy caliente ni muy frío en la brisa de la mañana
las miradas que hablan sin necesidad de romper el silencio
