chapter 11

"Will you come and cheer for me?"

Her words stuck in Gracy's head she couldn't help but smiled everytime she thinks of Suzie.

"How could I not come?"

She stared at her reflection while combing her hair getting ready for college.There has been a lot of difference in her in comparison to now vs past. It was very visible that it sometimes scared herself only.

Gracy is now doing things she had never thought of doing before even smiling over small small things. The blondie effect was very strong.

Despite knowing that her feelings are one sided she couldn't put an end to this love.

At the same time, she wants to move on but also doesn't want to let her go. She just couldn't decide what to do. This conversation with herself sometimes gets so frustrating that she always ends up crying but the more she denied the more she is attracted towards her.

‘It's like an invisible string pulling her through the darkest realm into the arms of heaven and her enternal love.’

People like her deserves all kind of happiness. I want her to end up with him the person she had loved since her childhood.

She thought while grabbing her bag walking out of her home.

"Even if It's hurt sometimes but I know I will be fine having her as my friend is more than enough not like I have a courage to confess or to dat-"

She couldn't uttered the word out of her mouth. She felt scared even in the name of dating as her family will never allowed it.

It was like having a dream that you can never achieve.

"I would never want Suzie to be dragged in my family drama. She doesn't deserve a coward like me."

Gracy glumly said accepting her faith.

Today was the day every participant was waiting for "the sports competition" not only sports but the competition between two rivals fighting over a silly confession.

Today the college was high spirited.  Everyone was wearing their jerseys, some were decorating the fields others were having their stalls ready but Gracy was there just for one thing it was to support Suzie.

She went towards the basketball court which was already crowded as the match was about to start in an hour. She had a hard time finding a seat when someone shouted her name while waving at her.

"Come here! I have seat reserved for you!!"

Gracy eyes bloomed seeing Anna reserving a seat for her. Not been able to hide how grateful she was, she quickly went to Anna and bowed while thanking her continuously.

"It's fine.. fine relax.." Anna said.

She got awkward and tried to calm Gracy.

"Did you meet Suzie?"

Anna asked out of curiosity while Gracy eyes were already roaming around the court trying to find Suzie.

"I couldn't find her maybe she is getting ready inside." Gracy guessed.

“Yeah let's meet her we have time.” Anna bluntly said.

She stood up leaving while Gracy was in the middle of procrastinating. She feared that they might get scolded as maybe non- participants are not allowed inside but  looks like Anna doesn't care so Gracy just blindly followed her.

“Do you know where is Suzie?” Anna asked to a stranger.

The person was very tall with buffed muscle and looked scary to Gracy who was silently standing behind Anna getting nervous.
