"They went on vacation for a little while."

"Ash, wake up. We have school today." I whispered into Ashton's ear because I could tell he would have a hangover today.

I had set some pain medicine and a glass of water down on the nightstand.

Ashton groaned and rubbed his eyes tiredly but when he finally looked at me, he smiled.

"Wassup, curly fries? I left some stuff to help you with that hangover, on the nightstand." I greeted him and pointed to the nightstand on his side of the bed.

"Thanks cai." He responded and gave me a genuine smile.

I was sitting up with my back against the head board.

"Sorry you had to deal with me, I just wasn't expecting to get that drunk at the party and also couldn't believe that Kayley tried to get in my pants." He apologised and shivered at the last part.

I started laughing at him because honestly Kayley was the biggest whore in our county.

"What?" He asked confused.

"I love how it didn't take long for you to realise who the county's biggest whore is." I said continuing my laughter.

He just shrugged as a response.

Ashton went home to get ready for school and after we both got dressed, I drove us to school.

At lunch, Ashton didn't sit with us (Luke, Michael, Abel, Calum, and I) instead, he sat at the popular kids' table with all the sluts and man whores.

I glanced down at the burger that I had only taken one bite out of, I was hungry but I had something more important on my mind. My birthday.

"Luke and Abel, would you guys like to come with me to a tattoo shop after school Monday?" I asked knowing they would ask any questions and would agree.

"Sure!" They both agreed in unison.

" And then after we can get wasted at my house since my parents went on a two week vacation."

They all agreed.

Like always, I drove Ashton home.

He said that he got invited to a couple parties this weekend.

I was going to invite him over to my birthday bash but I figured he would much rather hang with the cool kids instead of us.

"Are you excited?" I inquired breaking the silence as we got out of my car.

"I guess." He said unsurely.

I just nodded and headed to my house.

"Cai, where are you parents?" He asked because neither of their cars were at home.

"They went on vacation for a little while." I said whil shrugging because to me it was no big deal that they were away

"Call me if you need anything or your scared and I'll run right over." he stated and I just nodded.
Around 4 am, I was still awake. I sat at my desk drawing just this image that I had in my head. I had my windows open and I was listening to kids in the dark by all time low.

I saw Ashton's room light turn on, so I thought I might say good night to him.

I moved towards my window and since the only light in my room was the lamp on my desk, he couldn't notice me.

When I looked, it was Ashton and this girl from school named Jessica. (slut)

I felt my heart sink in my chest because she was naked.
I decided it would be best to just text him goodnight and go to bed.

I turned my lamp off and plugged my phone up to the charger.

Ashton never did text me back and he didn't need a ride to school from me because Jessica had a car.

When I got to school they both were acting like they were dating which I wouldn't be surprised.

A/n: short chapter sorry! I hope to finish writing chapter 8 today and type it up. I'm doing a lot of editing to my page and I also suggest that you re-read the first chapters because I re did some of the parts. let me know if you do re-read it and it doesn't make sense. thanks -jordane  
