"Yo," hey, Ted. "You made Salem your new heart." I did. "Awesome."
Huh?
"Awesome. Something I would've done when I was sixteen, or I guess you're seventeen now, right? Still, very Brando-like of you." Speaking of... "Oh yeah, Theo, my ancestor. You asking because he and Jaune share a few similarities, right?"
Blonde hair, blue eyes, those flames of yours.
"It is weird that he has our flames." Well, you caused them. "Do you have to remind me?" at every possible juncture.
How is everyone?
"Lubbock is in a coma after extreme overuse of his Semblance and just plain old overexertion," I see... anyone else? "Wave lost an arm, Seryu a leg, and Adam lost a few fingers."
Did anything else really big happen? I'm sure something else would've happened with the empire in such a state after that.
"The Wild Hunt attacked, and A few rank-and-file soldiers died. I think Ran lost an eye and an ear, Bols blew himself up, and several civilians were murdered," I see. Alright, see ya, Ted.
"See ya, bud."
Waking up, Y/N stared at the white ceiling of the medical bay and sighed. "FUCK!!"
"Keep it down, brat!" Salem yells.
"Shut up," Y/N sits up, hitting his chest. "That's MY body you're in, hag!"
"Who put me here, brat!?" Salem rages. "Let me out so I can kill you!!"
"SHADDAP!!" He hits his chest harder, coughing up blood.
"If you do that, I'll just have to work harder, you brat!!" Salem complains. "You wanna make me explode too, huh!?"
"What's up with the accent?" he finally noticed her unrefined speech pattern.
"I grew up in a tower, dummy!" Salem huffs. "Not much to learn from horned-up fighters after my hand."
"Oh, yeah." Getting up, he finds his coat folded up on a chair. "Everyone must be helping out."
"Those Wild Hunt guys ran amok, or so the Silver-Eyed one said," Salem informs. "Lubbock almost died."
"I know," he puts the green coat on, feeling the hood's fur on the back of his neck. "What of Incursio?"
"With the Silver-Eyed one," she floats around the mindscape. "This place is nice. Very spacious."
"Hey, what's gonna happen to you when I die?" Y/N walks out of the room, not seeing anybody around.
"I dunno, but I'm pretty much a part of your body now, so I guess when you die, it'll be we," she shrugs.
"That so?" Y/N takes a step outside, feeling the cold air against his skin.
"Chilly," Salem breathes out, seeing her breath in the mindscape.
"No one's on the street either; it must be near the city's outskirts," he begins to float upward. Oath's probably out there, too, since my clones don't release themselves that easily."
"Are you saying you could make a copy of yourself? Why not just have one of them do it?" she asks as her host looks around.
"I can't split my soul, and soulless creatures can't house souls without being taken over by the soul," Y/N explains, a smirk forming. "Unless your name happens to be Brando."
"What the hell is a Brando?" Salem asks, almost getting pissed at the name. "I feel like I've encountered one."
"You probably have, in another universe, that is," Y/N laughs. "That bastard loves to leave messes wherever he goes."
