Smiles and Worries

*Lidi's point of view*

"You know i've never told u this but when I was in high school we were on tour and I fell in love with the president of one of our over sea fan clubs and she came to the U.S as an exchanges student. She decided she wasn't "American enough" for me so she changed her name to Kimi with an i and totally became annoying. Needless to say it didn't last long for us." Kev stated completely out of the blue. 

"K-K-Kev why are y-y-you telling me this?" I asked barely able to get the sentence out I was laughing so much. I couldn't decide which was funnier the entire story of the fact that he had to make sure I knew about the i in Kimi. 

"Wait did the i have a heart over it? I asked in all seriousness.

"I'm telling you this because I knew you needed to laugh and I knew this would, obviously it worked. And yes in fact, the i did have a heart over it." 

"Wow Kev I thought Joe had a bad taste in girls." I laughed because I became best friends with all of Joe's girlfriends esspecially Demi. The only one that I never got along with was that Twilight girl... I was never a Twiheart girl. 

We reached In N Out and pulled into the parking lot. I glanced next door at Del Taco only to see the entire crew that I had ditched earlier walking out. 

"Hey Kev, let's all duck and not make it obvious I'm sitting here until they at least get in the car." I said trying to slide far enough down in my seat to make myself invisible to the outside world. 

*Joe's Point Of View*

"Did you here about the time when Joe fell down on stage in Vegas during Burning Up?" Nick asked Kayla who was laughing hystericlly at this point. I shot daggers at Nick, but kept silent still trying to figure out a way to make up with Lidia. I scanned the parking lot for our car and happend to see a car that looked exactly live Kevin's.

"Hey is that Kev's car?" I asked knowing that Kev said he was going to stay home in case Lidi decided she needed to talk to someone. 

"Yeah, that's Kev you dummy." Nick shot. Probably pay back for the daggers I shot him seconds ago. Kevin was on the phone and looked to be alone. He got out of the car and waved and started walking towards us. 

"Hey guys." He started like there was nothing wrong with this situation.

"Hey where is Lidia?" I asked suddenly paniced. 

"Oh, I was discovered and forced out of the house. Plus I got hungry and there is nothing to eat at out house so I decided to go get something to eat." He said, again like nothing was wrong. It wasn't like Lidia to be mad at all of us for something only one of us did. 

"Well, I'm going to go get something to eat and maybe go grab a couple groceries. See you at home?" 

"Yeah... sure... what ever." I answered  back shaking my thoughts from my head. Something still seemed wrong. 

"Bye guys." He said waving and walking towards In N Out. The rest of us piled into the SUV and started to drive off. Nick got a text and looked somewhat conscerned. He texted back and when the reply came his expression softened. I figured it was none of my buisness and turned to look out the window. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Nick hand Kayla the phone and her read it. She nodded and glanced towards me. Something now, was really wrong. It was personal now. I was going to figure out what it was. 

*Nick's Point of View* 

I knew something was wrong with the way Kev was acting. He never left Lidia alone in this state. I was worried until my phone vibrated. I took it out and looked at the message.

Kev: Lidi is not at home. Don't worry I would never leave her alone like this.

Me: Where is she then?

Kev: She was in my car the entire time. I finally got her to smile and didn't want to jeperdize (spell check) that with Joe and his big head.

Me: Understandable. 

Kev: Were gonna grab sum luch and then go grab some grocries then come home. Tell Joe he has that much time to figure something out. I can tell she's already planning revenge. 

Me. KK see you at home. 

I felt better knowing where Lidia was and that Kev had made her smile. I could tell Kay had picked up on my worriedness so I handed to phone to her and she read the texts. She nodded and turned to look at Joe. I could tell she wanted to say something, but she stopped before she said anything. Turning back around and leaning her head on the window. 

"Hey Joe. Kev has Lidi in his car. They are going to get some food and groceries. You have that much time to figure out how to fix this because Kev could tell she's already planning her revenge. Good luck dude." That was all I said as we pulled into the driveway at home. We all got out of the car and headed our seperate ways. 

*Lidi's point of view* 

Kev walked toward In N Out until the SUV was out of sight. I then got out and ran to catch up with him. 

"Thanks Kev."

"No prob baby girl. You do know I texted Nick to tell Joe what happend right?"

"Yeah, I figured." I said a glint of dissapointment in my voice. I kind of hoped he wasn't going to say that.
