Chapter 14: To Return (to you)

Minho and Hyunjin are tracing back the choreography, Jisung and Felix are cuddling on the couch, Jeongin, Seungmin, and Changbin are on the floor and using their cellphone, while Chan is outside and they are currently waiting for him to come so that they can start their practice.

When the door opened, all of them looked towards Chan. He has a wide smile with excitement in his eyes. "I have exciting news."

They all went towards Chan upon hearing those words, they huddled together in the middle of the room. "We're going to Lotte World." They all looked at each other before cheering.

"Is it a shoot or?" Jisung asked. Chan smirked at this and shook his head.

"Nope. But! We'll have to set partners, in case we get lost and all that you know." The members shared glances except for Jisung and Hyunjin who excitedly looked at each other to share their happiness.

"I'm with Seungmin," Minho announced as Seungmin groaned in annoyance.

"I don't want to partner up with him!" He whines, looking at Jeongin with puppy eyes. "Jeongin, partner with me. Come on."

"I can partner with you, Hyung?" Jisung offered to Minho which made Hyunjin deflate a bit.

"I want to partner up with Minho!" Chan puts his hand up. "Actually, how about Jeongin-Seungmin, Changbin-Felix, Hyunjin-Jisung, then Minho and I." Jisung gazes suspiciously at Chan. Hyunjin looks at the members, knowing full well that they're getting them together. He doesn't mind though.

After going back to their dorm and dressing up, they all collectively went inside the van with buzzing excitement. Hyunjin and Jisung sat with each other inside the van, their hands so close together that they could hold hands.

Hyunjin takes a breath and offers his hand, Jisung blinks and then smiles while accepting the offer. He sits back and watches the buildings pass by as they make their way to the location.

As soon as they went down, all the members quickly tugged at each other to go to the ferris wheel as Chan and Minho offered to get food and drinks instead. They split up and they end up in the line of the Ferris wheel with Hyunjin vibrating in excitement while Jisung anxiously plays with the string of his hoodie.

"You good?" Changbin whispers from behind him.

"Just a bit anxious, but I'll be fine." Hyunjin overhears and takes hold of Jisung's hand again. "Hyunjin doesn't scare me."

"Yah." Hyunjin playfully glares, "I'm trapped with you, not the other way around!" He chuckles, bumping his shoulder to Hyunjin's before they are called to get on the next pod. Changbin gives out a teasing smile, patting Jisung on the shoulder before he turns to talk with Felix.

When they got in, Jisung was already anxious that Hyunjin could sense this. He smiles then draws near to mess up Jisung's hair which causes him to glare at Hyunjin with a pout. "I took my time on that!" He reaches up to take care of his hair as Hyunjin snickers at him with a teasing smile.

"Take my hand." Hyunjin offers his hand yet again which Jisung immediately takes as he feels the pod shaking on its way up.

Jisung leans back, avoiding to look outside as he idly plays with Hyunjin's fingers, he is using any chance to distract himself from having to scare himself to death on how high they are away from the ground.

As he traces his fingers through the rings that Hyunjin has, he remembers this being a bit too familiar. He looks up through his lashes, seeing the teenage Hyunjin looking out the window and having a small smile playing on his lips. He turns to Jisung, chuckling as he reaches over to pat his hair.
